Huge scam, please do yourself a favour and don't rent with them. As soon as you arrive at the desk the employee tried to pressure me into purchasing an additional insurance policy, which I refused. She mentioned that any minor damage would cost a lot of money — a veiled threat that I wish to denounce as an unfair practice.

When I returned the car, no additional damage was found but they charged me 443 euros for a made-up scratch...freaking thieves!!!

En plus de l'insistance pour que nous prenions une assurance à plus de 200€;Lors de la restitution du véhicule, l'employé a dit qu'un des pneus à l'arrière n'était pas le même qu'il avait été changé. La discussion a duré et nous avons du bataillé pour avoir gain de cause. C'est une arnaque bien rodée !!!! A fuir

Les + : navette à l'heure, voiture propre et en bon état. tarifs placés, locaux vastes et propres.

les - : Ils ont une combine imparable à la carte de crédit. Quelle que soit votre carte, impossible de payer la caution sans prendre leur "assurance " et le tarif qui augmente de 150% ! Vous êtes avertis.

I had a good experience with Ech Car Rental at Pisa Airport. The price was much lower than other companies I checked, and both pick-up and return went smoothly. They didn’t try to push extra insurance, which I really appreciated.

Faccio la prenotazione sul sito, inserisco tutti i dati obbligatori, tranne il numero del volo, NON OBBLIGATORIO, arrivato in agenzia, mi vedo negare il noleggio perché non ho un biglietto aereo. Per poter noleggiore dovevo acquistare una assicurazione a SOLI 190 €, a fronte di un noleggio di 36€. Sono molto scorretti, lo sconsiglio

I'll join the long, long list of terrible reviews for this abysmal company. I've rented cars all over the world and for many years without any issue whatsoever – until 'Easy Car Hire' at Pisa Airport.
We picked up a dirty car with loads of dents and scratches. The employee walked around the car to note damages (note: no one 'crouched down' to inspect) and I walked around the car to record a video as I always do.
Upon return, we encountered the MOST thorough inspection I've ever seen. He seemed determined to find something and almost lying under the car, 'found' scratches on the underside of the front right side bumper. We contested this saying we did not damage this car, and showed him the video but he rejected this and pressured us into signing by saying he would make us wait longer (endangering us making our flight).
I watched the video later and sure enough, you can see the tops of scratches in the same spot –
This is clearly their MO – to 'find' damage they claim wasn't there before and charge your credit card (in my case, over €300 for a 'scratch'). We are convinced this is some sort of insurance scam and found their business practice appalling. Save yourself the stress and rent from a reputable company, which we plan to do from now on.
ps this car didn't even have washer fluid in it which we discovered high up on a mountain road – we had to pull over and fill from water bottles.

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Con company renting out cars in awful conditions (no fluids, no cleaning, tyre pressure issues etc.) with tons of damage notes on file and a terrible check in and out process, aimed at ripping people off in every possible way. Representative very rude to top things off.

Se un'azienda ha il 100% di feedback negativi, vuol dire che certamente è poco seria...ci si sente truffati a noleggiare presso questi soggetti...cercano sempre di far scattare penalità anche quando non esistono...dovrebbe solo sparire una società del genere...nel caso mio poco m importa perchè avevo sottoscritto un'assicurazione...ma da cmq fastidio che questa gente abbia come finalità quella di arricchirsi in questo modo...pessimi! State alla larga

pessimi in tutto, scortesi e truffatori. da evitare assolutamente anche perchè con 40 euro in piu è possibile noleggiare da compagnie serie che non addebitando danni preesistenti

L'auto che mi hanno consegnato al ritiro ho fatto notare io le ammaccature presenti nella carrozzeria lche non stavano rilevando e segnando nel modulo di Consegna veicolo al cliente.-
Inoltre ad oggi non mi è stata rimborsata la cauzione alquanto cospicua.
L'auto è stata riconsegnata nelle condizioni in cui mi era stata affittata

Das Auto war sehr günstig. Beim Abholen wurden ewig versucht eine weiter Versicherung abzuschliessen.
Die Rückgabe fand um 4 Uhr morgens statt. Ohne Personal, was OK ist. Das Auto habe ich am Tag zuvor und unmittelbar vor der Abgabe gecheckt. Es war ok. Dann einige Tage später, kam eine Rechnung über 266 Euro, da der linke Blinker hinter defekt wäre. Ich bin mir absolut sicher, dass das fingiert wurde. Der "Schaden" war nur bei offener Heckklappe zu sehen, wovon ich aber bei der Abgabe keine Bilder habe.

Abbiamo prenotato un' auto a catania, e consegnata a Palermo, al ritiro ci volevano appioppare un'auto sporca e scassata pagandola fior di quattrini! Alla consegna abbiamo pagato un supplemento cospiquo perché ho dovuto far guidare un altra persona per cento metri a causa di un mio malore. Sconsiglio vivamente questa compagnia di noleggio auto!!!!!!

Ladri .. all'arrivo in aereoporto mi hanno chiesto 300 euro in più del previsto e in più 200 di cauzione che hanno trattenuto dal mio conto in banca e mai più ridati... meritate il peggio

Everything was fine - from the pick up process from the airport (via phone call) till the Shuttle Service back to the airport.
The car was clean and in a good shape. Also the seats for the kids were in good condition. So overall - it was a good experience ☺️

La mia esperienza con ECH (tramite il broker francese Voiture pour tous) è stata disastrosa.
• Trasparenza assente: la sede non è in aeroporto, ma a 15 minuti di distanza, con navetta senza orari certi.
• Deposito impossibile: non accettano carte straniere. Per poter ritirare l’auto (una Peugeot 208 al posto della C3 prenotata) siamo stati costretti ad acquistare un’assicurazione extra da 690€, presentata come “copertura totale”.
• Condizioni assurde: l’auto è stata sottoposta a un check-in maniacale, con segnalazione persino di insetti schiacciati sulla carrozzeria.
• Assicurazione fantasma: dopo un atto vandalico (vetro posteriore rotto), nonostante denuncia e documentazione, l’assicurazione “totale” non copriva i danni. Al check-out ci hanno imposto 1000€ extra senza alcun documento formale: solo “prassi aziendale”.
In totale, tra prenotazione, assicurazione obbligata e costi arbitrari, ho perso 2280€ (per 15 giorni in Sicilia)
Non si tratta di un episodio isolato: altri clienti al check-in e check-out hanno vissuto esperienze simili, come confermato anche da numerose recensioni online.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa società: comportamento scorretto, pratiche opache, totale mancanza di professionalità.

AVOID AT ALL COST. All the reviews on this company are correct. Complete scammers. Do not book a car with them.
