Aggressive sales
Sales are too aggressive. They provided me with the generic report after having the drawings only. They kept aggressively chasing for the invoice for the useless consultation.
Only later they offered to speak to a consultant and discuss the issues directly.
I would recommend to have someone local instead.
Hope they may be more helpful with the testing and I will be able to amend the review

We take customer feedback seriously here, and I have taken the time to investigate your booking, communications and report with my colleagues.
I can see that upon quoting our team provided a breakdown of what is included in the desk based consultation service you requested, which we followed up on as a courtesy (standard practice within our company). What is included in the consultancy was explained further in a call at your request before you accepted the quote and booked in. Once we had the required information about the property, our engineer with 20+ years experience completed the consultancy report detailing exactly the changes recommended to bring your property in line with building regulations.
Once the report was completed and quality checked the invoice became due, and once paid we would send out the report. This is our standard process and is detailed in our automated email sent upon booking. We did not receive payment so our accounts team followed up to request this, as we were unable to release the consultation report for you to review until payment had been received.
When payment was received and the report sent out we were disappointed to hear that you were not happy with the results, and strived to ensure that you received the additional support you needed. I can see that our team arranged a call between you and the engineer to provide more assistance and kept in touch via email to reiterate the additional advice and see if you had any extra questions.
I have spoken with my colleagues who were under the impression that you were satisfied with the outcome of the additional help and that you would let us know if you had further questions. If this is not the case and you do require more help, please do let us know.
