Fairly easy to book an appointment. Local assessor contacted us in a timely manner. Quick but thorough assessment. Few days to certificate. Reasonable price compared to a number of others.

excellent on the ball as they were in the area, so it cost us less as they fitted us in. Saved around £300 from local company.

Good 'all-in-one' service for landlords
On the whole, very handy to have a one stop shop for EPC, Gas Safety Certificate and Electricity checks. Ideal for a landlord, and not many companies do this. If they included remedial work for the gas, it would be a 5 (but they only do that for the electric).

We used Easy EPC for a commercial EPC, a very easy process from start to finish, and great communication during the booking process. The assessor was prompt, unobtrusive, and knowledgeable. The report was received very quickly. Would highly recommend Easy EPC

Staff were very help and arranged an EPC to a commercial building at short notice in the North East of England. The surveyor was excellent and I was really happy with the service supplied and how it easy it was to arrange.
I will use Easy EPC again when needed
