Very good, efficient and welcoming service.
The car was very clean and fine for our needs.

Found a suitable car when other companies couldn’t. Price was fair in the circumstances and Budget supplier was very good.

Always my first port of call when looking to hire a vehicle.
I have never had any problems with bookings and usually offer the best price with a great range of vehicles with options.

Very easy to book , trouble free car rental

We were unable to collect our pre booked rental car at Tenerife airport as our credit cards were refused and they would not change the main driver. It was impossible to get through to easy terra and the local rental partner was rude and unhelpful. Ended up on the bus!

I've been using easyterra for some years now, and I've been pleased. In the summer last year, we were given a car by the local rental company that had a slow puncture, and when I tried to get it sorted, the EasyTerra team were the ones who solved the problem more promptly than the car hire company, by being easier to reach by phone and quicker to provide a solution. Our recent car hire went without a hitch and at a reasonable price.

A real test of service is how you react when something goes wrong…in this case easyterra were fantastic! I missed my early morning flight, couldn’t get hold of Avis to let them know but Easyterra sorted it all out - got me a replacement car plus a refund for the one I didn’t use - despite the terms from Avis stating no refunds if collection time missed. Will definitely continue to use Easyterra and highly recommend.

Since I found Easy Terra I use them for all my hire car bookings. Web site good and most importantly very competitive pricing with excellent range of cars and both on airport and off airport options available

Really easy to book, pick up from the airport and return the car. No waiting around once I landed and was able to carry on with my journey. Just a small note the deposit took jus tower 3 weeks to be returned not sure if this is car rentals company or my bank, but be aware it can take a while to get the deposit back .

I have now used easy terra for a number of years to hire cars in the UK. I found them easy to book with and the prices are usually better than going direct to the hire company. The cover offered is good, too. This means that you are not ripped off by those added extras at the hire centre.
