Regarding the vehicle provided, while rental companies may supply an alternative model based on availability, it should be within the same category. We understand your concern about receiving a smaller vehicle than booked, and this has been noted for review with the supplier.

Concerning the payment and deposit, it is important to clarify that rental providers require a valid credit card in the main driver’s name for the security deposit. In some cases, even if a card can be used for rental payment, it may not meet the provider’s requirements for deposit authorization. Any additional charges or alternative arrangements offered at the desk are set by the local supplier.

We understand that you felt you had limited options at the time, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback has been shared for further review.
