We are EasyTip, the leading digital tipping platform operating across the UK, EU, USA and UAE. EasyTip empowers businesses to collect more tips for their teams, helps reduce tipping admin and makes tips allocations and distributions more transparent. The platform offers several solutions ranging from QR code tips, tipping terminals and tronc schemes. Our solutions are used by leading brands across hospitality, travel, recreation and beauty industries. EasyTip is simple to setup and can operate with or independently from the existing IT infrastructure. Cashless tipping via QR codes is a popular product for businesses which want a hassle-free solution to increase tip collection for their teams. Customers scan a QR code, select a tip amount and pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay-by-Card. No apps or registration is required for the guests or customers, and it takes under 5 seconds to leave a tip. This tip collection is available in Individual or Team modes depending on the type of service your business provides. Individual tips are entirely automated and can be instantly paid out directly to respective recipients. Team tips can be allocated within the app by team leaders to each employee and paid out either directly to them or the business to pass on via payroll. Numerous rota integrations are available to speed up Team allocations. In the UK market, EasyTip’s Team tips setup is combined with an independent tronc scheme solution. Whether you collected service charge through card terminals or would like us to collect digital tips, the allocation and distribution of the collected funds is managed by our independent troncmaster. In the UK that allows businesses and employees to be exempt from National Insurance Contributions on those funds which is a saving of around 23%. In addition to tips collection EasyTip is also one of the most effective platforms for customers to leave feedback and reviews. Customers are invited to rate their experience and leave a review just as they tip which results in better conversion rates and higher rankings. Data from the reviews is used by many businesses to analyse their team’s performance and assess customer sentiment.

Great service for digital tip sharing

Great service for digital tip sharing. Most of our customers don't carry cash, and cash tips were exceedingly poor despite excellent customer service from my team. We spoke to Grant who was exceedingly helpful and set us up with the EasyTip system. My managers love how the system works and makes it easy for them to divide up the tips fairly in minutes. We've been using this since April and it has generated 10x the amount of tips my staff used to receive in cash.

Easier way of tipping your favorite service provider

We have been working with Easytip Since November 2022. Of course at the very beginning there was a resistance from the team but one month into it everyone loved it and the team realized that they are getting more tips than their usual. As Easytip grew they added so many new features to make receiving tips much easier and all the employees were happy.

Rip off

I want to give generously to the people who deserve it, but the qr code tipping system adds a 10% fee onto my tip - for what - the privilege of tipping? To me this is disgraceful. I loathe these qr payment points that profit for doing nothing. I would much rather give cash, but this is becoming harder and harder. Please can we make it easier to reward the right people - not pay-pm.easytip.net a fee for existing

Hi Leonie, thank you for your feedback. We charge a small platform fee in order to provide our service and it helps tens of thousands workers collect more tips and receive them faster. On average that fee is around 5% but in some cases where tip amounts are small, a fixed amount makes it look higher. In any case customers are always welcome to leave tips via other methods if they prefer. Our mission is to increase incomes so we support all options.

Scam company, no funds received.

Setup this up about a year ago. Still trying to get my funds out. Had lots of issues with staff leaving and don’t remember my conversation. The owner keeps telling me my card is incorrect. I have messaged him numerous times but ignores me. Don’t setup an account with this company it’s an obvious scam to accumulate money
