The moving team was professional and worked well, no broken glass etc.
One point to be mentioned for improvement: Impossible to reach operations manager after 5PM, even the move is going on and there is an issue to be solved! There should be at least a duty manager in charge.

The team came on time; they packed my items in a professional way. We did the move during 2 days period, and they were very organized.
They supported in opening the boxes and I am very satisfied with the service.
I recommend the team, and if I move again, I will call same company and same team.

EasyTruck have been outstanding from start to finish. From the very first call, their customer service was exceptional, and the team on the ground truly impressed me. They were polite, punctual, clean, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile—nothing was ever too much trouble.

They managed to move our entire 5-bedroom home in just two days, handling everything from clothes to large furniture. Every single item was carefully wrapped, boxed, transported, and then unwrapped and set up perfectly at the new place.

There was some really great things, but also some things I thought could have been better.

Mr Ahmed and the team did a fantastic job! So seamless and smooth from the moment they entered the the house to pack to the moment they left all things unpacked and arranged in the new place. Felt as if I just drove to a new place and all things were already there in their right places

Excellent service by the Easy Truck team. Very efficient and accurate in the whole process of packing and re establishing our whole house in a very quick time.

It was an average experience, packing was fast and efficient also no items were broken during the transfer. However, there were a couple incidents that didnt satisfy me. They charge alot and for that amount you would expect optimal quality and professionalism, some of our walls were scratched while unpacking and a-lot of items were placed in wrong rooms, there was also an annoying employee who kept staring and trying to chit chat and waste time while his colleagues were working hard

This was our first time to use Easy Truck and we were so impressed. Very careful with everything and the team were really professional and friendly. I loved that they load the boxes in your driveway into the crate they’ll all be stored in!
