The team did a really good job of packing and unpacking. They handled everything with care. They had an insulated box to back stuff from my fridge. They verified if my tv was working after moving.
Few things to keep in mind is that for tv wall mounting and curtains installation, you will need to book their handyman service which comes at extra cost

Starting from the first touch point with Chen until the final check after the move, it was a super pleasant and seamless experience. Tried various companies and so far Easytruck has topped the list.

Very professional, the staff is well trained to pack different items carefully and they are very precise and cooperative, the trucks are well equipped to make the moving much easier and safer, they came on time and finished the process smoothly, strongly recommend.

Easy Truck's service was impeccable! They packed my stuff, stored it, and were clear from the beginning regarding fees. I felt very confident about shipping my things with Easy Truck. Reina, my relationship manager was on top of my shipment and regularly provided me updates. She kept me on my toes. Typically, customers have to chase after the company for updates. This was not the case, and Reina kept me afloat of all updates from Dubai to Canada. Easy Truck also works with reputable shipping partners (Tippet Richardson), and they did an amazing job. I had no issues with customs. Thanks for an amazing and easy experience and process!! Reina should be promoted. She is truly a star!

Easytruck Removals & Storage made my move effortless. I didn’t lift a finger, they packed everything, moved it all safely, and set it up in my new place like pros. The team was fast, friendly, and handled my stuff with real care.

To top it off, they gave me a coupon for a free large pizza, which was perfect after a long day. It’s rare to find a company that’s this efficient and still adds thoughtful touches like that.

Easytruck is the real deal. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

Some items were damaged and others broken unfortunately. And when pointed out, the team just didn’t care , which is sad to witness. I paid above 4,000 dirhams and was expecting a 5 star service but unfortunately it was average.

The team lead was excellent. Answered all questions and kept the team moving efficiently and without any hiccups.

They got us moved out and in to the new place in one day. Made it all a relative breeze. A bit more care could have gone into the closets being set up in the new place but since it was a bit of downsize in storage space that was ok.
