Eaton Estates UK is a family-run property investment and sourcing company based in the Tees Valley, Northeast England. James is fantastic
I wouldn’t recommend anyone more highly. So professional and extremely helpful! His knowledge is impressive on many aspects of property investment and knows how to link you to the best contracts.
As first-time HMO investors, having someone we could trust was really important, and James was fantastic throughout the whole process.
He sourced the property and project managed the entire refurbishment, giving us honest advice and helping us navigate plenty of challenges along the way. He also worked closely with the social housing team to make sure everything was in place before handover, which took a huge amount of pressure off us.
Because we were managing the project remotely, we had to rely on James even more, and he never let us down. He kept us updated throughout, was always easy to get hold of, and gave straightforward, honest advice rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone looking for support with an HMO project!
Excellent from start to finish
I’ve worked with James over the last 10 months to source, buy and renovate buy-to-let properties, and the experience has been excellent.
In that time, we’ve bought three properties, all of which required some level of work. James has been brilliant throughout the whole process, from identifying the right opportunities to helping manage the purchase and renovation side of things.
His network of contacts has been a huge help, particularly with trades, renovation work and mortgage applications. Everything has felt organised, straightforward and professional, which makes a big difference when buying investment properties from a distance. (I live in Kuwait)
