Good shop, good quality and nice people, easy to contact with them, and maybe there is not much things on stock, but they sell most things which are difficult to find anywhere in EU, so instead of buying something and waiting for a while, you can order from this shop and receive it in couple of days.

Always quick replies and great support.
Latest was a battery charging issue where the charger-battery interaction does not handle the end of charging "shut-down" of the charger when charging via the Datex2 multi battery connector (Dx3C). How to handle it was sorted. Charge via the RCA ports occasionally to allow proper battery balancing.

Wat packed and send quickly. Though DHL was maybe not the best koerier to send it with. Tyres are installed. Look great and gives my MateX a far more better driving experience. I recommend this shop.

Great communication and even helped me to find a special shipping solution for Malta. The quality of battery (52v) and charger is amazing much better than the original from Mate. I'm so happy to be able to use my mate again after it's original battery died and Mate failed to deliver a replacement yet. Highly recommend this amazing vendor! Update: Ordered a Golden Fork and Handlebar, It's like having a new bike! Amazing quality and very friendly & responsive costumer service. Best!

I have recently had the good fortune to meet Augusto (via email) after buying a MateX compatible battery. I was having some problems with charging and he spent an extraordinary amount of time talking me through some of the issues that could be causing the symptoms. He never gave up offering different ideas until he hit upon the fix. I had been without my bike for 8 months or so due to my not having charged my batteries periodically over the winter. Without the ability to ride I bought a new 52V battery from ebikeparts. If anyone has any doubts about this battery, forget them now...it is truly amazing, compared to the original MateX 48V battery. Yesterday I rode 20 miles before the battery registered a drop in voltage. I think this is truly amazing!
Augusto exemplifies what customer service should be (competent, understanding, friendly and not the "fake friendly" that you get from most other sites) it was refreshing. Buy from ebikeparts and if you have any issues, ask for Augusto.
