I was recommended by one of their reps online for their eBike charger for my new Mate X battery with 3 pins. I still have the original RCA battery as backup. They went above and beyond adding an extra charging connecter for use with both batteries!! Got it in 3 days. Solid product.

my item was in terible package. i dont understand why. and found bruises on front shock. so i am kinda disapointed..

Excellent service. I bought the folding X1 stem and BMX stem for my e-bike so that I could attach BMX handlebars and the eBikeParts team really helped me choose and finalise my order. I have to say, both the folding X1 stem and BMX stem looks really strong and robust and solid. Finally, I'm looking forward to assemble my bmx handle bars and I'm confident the heavy duty folding X1 stem and BMX stem will be reliable and safe and secure to ride my e-bike.

Highly recommend this company! Ordered some tires for my Super73 took 6 days to arrive at my door in the UK, would have been even quicker but was delayed twice by DHL. When I opened it they had thrown in a free inner tube thank you very much.

I wanted to upgrade my engwe engine x so I reach out to e-bike parts, they knew that the parts fits my bike and I made an order for attila 20x4 double crown, bmx steering and a bmx stem. When I unboxed I found a folding stem which unfortunately had been switched in the shop, how ever this was no problem, great service and same day e-bike parts send me the correct stem with express mail from nl to dk and within 24 hours I got the stem delivered, and I even got to keep the folding stem. I won’t hesitate to shop here again

I bought an eBP Thumb Throttle but unfortunately, it got lost in the mail somewhere and when they found out, they immediately sent me an other one and a special gift for the bike, which was a fantastic touch. This folding Stem is revolutionary, it completely transformed my Engwe engine pro with bmx handlebar mod into foldable again. Get this Folding stem if you swapped the giraffe neck for the bmx handlebar. It’s the X-Tems X1 Folding Stem from Ebikeparts. I swapped the Stock tyres for Vee tyre Speedster Skinwall also from Ebikeparts. Cool Stuff.

Man, I really love my bike again after upgrading to the 52v 20a Tesla cell battery (caseless) and a really solid charger along with it.

My old battery (14,5ah from Mate) decided to give up fully. Augusto was really helpful, kind and ready to help wherever possible.

I’m glad I can ride my bike again. The range is pretty good, i did 35km with only 17/20% and the cells aren’t even fully balanced yet. It also packs a punch when accelerating. I use it in combination with my EggRider and it works flawlessly.
