Tutti ne parlano male e invece ebooking è stata eccezionale con me... anche io non mi ero accorto che avevo prenotato su ebooking invece di booking visto che si somigliano tanto e avevo già pagato...Quando mi sono accorto dell' errore ho Subito annullato la prenotazione, che risultava comunque regolare, ma solo perché su booking, prenotando da Anni, ho ulteriori sconti e vantaggi... Subito mi è arrivata la loro mail di cancellazione avvertendomi che per il rimborso ci sarebbero voluti 3-7 Giorni lavorativi e Passati Solo 2 Giorni e sono stati assolutamente di parola restituendomi l'intera cifra

Complete scam. Representative told me that my Hertz confirmation was all fiction and demanded $229 extra to actually save my car rental. After speaking to Hertz Representative, they told me this was not true. Do not fall for this!

E' una truffa!!!! NON prenotate!!! Mia figlia ha prenotato un albergo...subito dopo il pagamento il sito gli ha dato un messaggio di errore. Morale della favola: si sono presi i soldi ma all'albergo non risulta alcuna prenotazione. Non esiste un loro call center e non sono contattabili in alcun modo. Abbiamo fatto la denuncia ai carabinieri...

Le site utilise une identité visuelle qui ressemble à s'y méprendre à celle de son concurrent. J'ai demandé une facture à l'hotel : 88€. Mais le site m'a débité 128€. 40€ de commissions pour une nuit d'hotel. Exorbitant ! Un site à éviter.

Allerhöchste Vorsicht ist geboten. Zunächst mal Verwechslungsgefahr mit dem seriösen booking.com, dann gibt es keine Stornierungsmöglichkeit für Hotels, und das Geld wird sofort abgebucht. Service-Hotline ist auf Spanisch und schwer zu erreichen. Finger weg.

Just got screwed up by these crooks... more than 300 bucks in there pocket for free... had to find another hotel at 8:00 pm in a small town on Saturday night... and of course I thought I was on booking.com... not ebooking.com... the website just looks like the same... beware

Ebookingdesk ran an ad claiming to be Dollar Car Rental. I called them, thinking they were Dollar. The representative said he was Dollar. I asked him to add my Dollar Express number to an existing reservation I had booked thru AAA. He said he did and that I had to put in a downpayment which would be refunded if we canceled the reservation. I agreed to do so. The confirming receipt came from ebookingdesk and had the same reservation number as my original AAA booked Dollar reservation. When I got to the airport, Dollar didn't have my Express number so we had to go to the counter instead of straight to the car. Dollar charged me the full amount of the original reservation. Ebookingdesk has refused to reverse their charge even though they didn't actually do anything for me. They offered to apply the credit to my next booking, but I won't book thru them. They offered to deposit the funds in my bank account if we give them the bank account number, which I refused. We are disputing it with my cc company. Ebookingdesk (Larry and Grace) have each since called, threatening to charge my ccard for $50,000 and go after my social security payment because we are disputing the payment. I urge to avoid booking any reservations with this company.

I booked a car with these people when I showed up to the rental agency they claim they didn’t take my credit card, but my credit card was charged twice through e-bookings. Now they’re telling me I cannot be refunded. This place is a total scam. Please don’t rent from this place or book anything with them. how does one stop this?

Hier muss man beim buchen höllisch aufpassen . Hotel gebucht..musste stornieren und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück. Da ich einen bestimmten Butten nicht angeklickt habe. Man verzichtet automatisch auf eine Rückzahlung. Solch eine Funktion da überhaupt einzubauen ist schon sehr unverschämt. Werde nochmals dazu berichten.H.Knod

Io sono (anzi ERO) cliente vip di livello 3 e senza alcuna spiegazione Booking mi ha bloccato le prenotazioni. Dopo innumerevoli tentativi di contatto (alla faccia della decantata assistenza dedicata per i clienti vip di livello 3) mi hanno detto che non possono sbloccarmi e nemmeno dirmi perché sono bloccata 🤡 e mi hanno detto di aprire un nuovo account perdendo anche quei pochi benefit del mio livello. Io lo apro il nuovo account, ma non con loro! Nel corso degli anni sono peggiorati notevolmente, le strutture spesso non sono come descritte, non danno reale assistenza alle persone e non tutelano più il cliente, per non parlare degli ultimi gravissimi problemi di sicurezza bucata che hanno avuto e che hanno causato frodi ai danni di chi ne è stato vittima (io per esempio sono stata fra questi). Consiglio di usare i siti di comparazioni prezzi e poi prenotare direttamente con la struttura, che spesso preferisce anche perché così non paga l'intermediario, cioè booking

Le site reprend le même nom que le véritable site Booking pour faire des réservation mais n'envoie pas de numéro de réservation.
Il est impossible d'annuler la réservation et les informations du dossier sont incomplètes avec des mentions manquantes.

Habe bei eBooking.com ein Hotelzimmer gebucht. Der Betrag wurde sofort von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, danach habe ich nie mehr von der eBooking etwas gehört oder bekommen. So fehlt bis heute nach drei Wochen eine Buchungsbestätigung vom Hotel.
Auf der offiziellen Webseite werde ich immer zuerst nach einer Buchungsnummer gefragt, welche ich nicht habe. Also komme ich so nicht weiter. Über offizielle Email Adresse keine Antwort - telefonisch ist eBooking nicht zu erreichen. Mein gutgemeinter Rat - Finger Weg !!! von eBooking - !!!!

I don't know how I ended up on their website, but I will never use their services again. I was looking for a room in a completely different city, and after I paid and started digging deeper, based on the name of the apartment, I found on the internet that it was 60 kilometers from my location..! There is no talk of a refund.

I booked 2 rooms, payed for the rooms, and got the ok for that booking from ebooking.com.
But the hotel was not informed and the money is off.
The hotel told me, they are not a partner of ebooking.com
Ebooking.com is imitating booking.com to get your money.

Bonjour attention ebooking arnaque 😈😈😈😈 j'ai réservé un séjour en Espagne en demi-pension arrivée à l'hôtel on me dit que la réservation n'est que pour la chambre et le petit-déjeuner impossible de prouver le paquetage que j'avais acheté car sur la réservation envoyé il y avait aucun détail d'achat j'ai demandé une facture à ebooking ils m'ont demandé de le renvoyer mon numéro fiscal pour pouvoir m'établir une facture je leur ai répondu que c'était deux choses différentes et qu'ils étaient dans l'obligation de m'envoyer la facture ce qu'ils ont fait ils m'ont envoyé une facture en espagnol notifiant seulement le nombre de nuitées et le prix payé sans aucun détail.
J'ai fait l'erreur de confondre ebooking avec booking.com 2 entités différentes.
Alors un conseil ne vous laissez pas avoir comme moi et fuyez le site ebooking 😡😡😡😡🤯🤯
