Typical bait and switch company don't use.

J'ai été débité de 146 euros sur mon compte pour un hôtel que je n'avais pas réservé .Il s'agit d'une arnaque ,à la carte bancaire,des hackers se sont emparés de numéros de compte sur le site. EBOOKING est au courant mais ne fait rien pour empêcher ce fait .Consulter le site hôtel BKG AT BOO pour détails.

Incroyable...de la m... Ne prenais pas un hotel avec booking c edt des voleurs je suis parti verifier sur place ils sont plus cher ils vous disent reduction incroyable faites attention ils sont tro cher

I have a reservation on April 27 through e-booking in two different companies, but I, as an individual, can do very little with the company that is a partner of e-dreams for the cancellation of one of my flights. I can change 1 flight after that they cannot return the ticket money, but we have to pay 500 euros more for the change. I think it is very unfair.

If I could lower I would. I book a flight to NYC and was given a price. Ok fine. Then I get an email saying urgent action is needed for my purchase. I call them up and try find out what is wrong. They are going to tell me that my original flight I had in economy was booked up and that I would have to be moved to the main cabin. When I looked up everything with the airline, it said the economy was the MAIN CABIN and they upcharged me for it. So trying to explain to customer service that I just want a refund now, they said it will be more expensive to cancel everything. Yeah never again!!!

J'ai réservé une chambre via la plate-forme ebooking. Avant d'arriver sur les lieux j'appelle le gérant pour m'assurer de la réservation. À ma grande surprise il m'annonce qu'il s'agit d'une tente non d'une chambre. Je comprends le malentendu et demande une chambre. Hors de question pour lui qui est catégorique. Finalement fatigué par le trajet je prends une nouvelle chambre sans aucun geste de ebooking.

Last year, I made flight reservations for my friend and I going to Africa. On getting the confirmation, my friend's name was spelt wrongly. Within 30mins, I called the consumer service about the error and I was told i had to pay extra money because the flight price had increased. I was blamed for not writing the name correctly.
Today, I made flight reservations for my son and i,
the transaction went through and I got the confirmation.
Again, my son's name was not
written correctly. Within
seconds, I called the customer
service. The same game that
was played before, the flight price went up and was told to pay extra for booking.

incredibil!! plătim un preț în aur pentru o cameră cu o creștere față de costul real pentru „orice consum în continuare” și apoi? seara cand te intorci in camera in prima seara, gasesti patul complet rupt si inutilizabil!!! nu sunt cuvinte pentru lipsa de seriozitate platita si apoi sa te schimbi te roaga sa cobori sa iei cheile!!! nici nu se deranjeaza sa vina si sa-ti aduca cheia in alta camera!! in sfarsit, schimbare de camera, inca o surpriza: patul nu este pregatit!!! domnilor nici nu merita 30€ pe zi!!!

Le 3 juillet 2023, j'ai réservé une voiture Opel Corsa à Madrid pour 2 jours sur le site d'ebooking. Le prix affiché était de 59,14 €. ebooking m'a fait payer 40,54€ à la réservation et je devais payer 18,60€ à la prise en charge de la voiture.
Quand je suis arrivé chez Firefly, ils m'ont dit que ma réservation à 59,14€ chez Ebooking, ils ne la prenaient pas en compte car ils n'avaient pas d'accord avec ebooking sur les prix et ils n'ont pas pris en compte les 40,54€ prépayés sur le site ebooking.
Résultat Firfly m'a facturé 150,70 € en plus des 40,54 $ que j'avais payés pour la réservation.
La plus grosse arnaque de l’année 2023 et ce site est basé en Lettonie. Donc, une bande d'arnaqueurs qui ont la porte ouverte pour gagner de l'argent en faisant de fausses réservations.
Le loueur Firefly n'est pas mieux, c'est des escros en combine avec ebooking.
Avis, évitez ces deux, vous ferez de grosses économies.Vous êtes libre si vous êtes naifs.

On July 3, 2023, I booked an Opel Corsa car in Madrid for 2 days on the ebooking site. The price displayed was €59.14. ebooking made me pay €40.54 when booking and I had to pay €18.60 when picking up the car.
When I arrived at Firefly, they told me that my reservation at €59.14 with Ebooking, they did not take it into account because they did not have an agreement with ebooking on the prices and they did not taken into account the €40.54 prepaid on the ebooking site.
Result Firfly charged me €150.70 on top of the $40.54 I had paid for the reservation.
The biggest scam of the year 2023 and this site is based in Latvia. So, a bunch of scammers who have the door open to make money by making fake reservations.
The rental company Firefly is no better, they are scammers in combination with ebooking.
Notice, avoid these two, you will make big savings. You are free if you are naive.

Suite de mon expérience Suite à une réservation effectuée le mois dernier pour un hôtel à Nice , je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation Impossible de les joindre L'hôtel a cependant bien reçu la réservation et m'a donné le numéro Lorsque je renseigne ce numéro sur le site de Ebooking pour avoir accès au service après vente , on me demande un code que je suis censé avoir reçu lors du mail de confirmation .....que je n'ai jamais reçu Nous tournons donc en rond Il est impossible de joindre qui que ce soit sur ce site que l'on confond avec Booking.com si l'on ne fait pas attention

Lors de nos voyages réguliers au Maroc, nous avons l'habitude de réserver deux chambres d'hôtel pour ma famille. Cependant, cette fois-ci, nous avons décidé de changer et de louer un appartement à Marrakech, plus précisément dans la résidence Nour 1 du quartier Gueliz.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service qui nous a été réservé. En particulier, M. Sami Khalid, responsable de l'accueil et de l'installation des clients, a été d'une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, il a été à notre écoute, disponible et serviable en tout temps. Nous avons été impressionnés non seulement par son professionnalisme, mais également par sa grande gentillesse.

La qualité du service était irréprochable. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous devions quitter l'appartement à midi, mais notre vol était prévu qu'à 18h45. Lorsqu'il a été informé de cette situation, M. Khalid nous a généreusement autorisés à rester dans le logement jusqu'à notre départ pour l'aéroport, afin de nous éviter de nous promener avec nos valises. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce geste attentionné.

En ce qui concerne le logement, nous n'avons absolument pas regretté notre choix. L'appartement était idéalement situé, propre, climatisé, bien équipé avec machine à laver, des balcons et une terrasse, et proche de toutes les commodités. De plus, la présence d'un service de gardiennage 24h/24 nous a procuré un sentiment de grande sécurité.

Nous serions ravis de revenir et recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Nous lui attribuons une note de ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.

Sie bieten dir einen Job an, um dich um dein Geld zu erleichtern. Egal, was sie dir sagen, was du einzahlen sollst um deine verdiente Provision zu bekommen- lass es! Du siehst dein Geld nie wieder.
Sie finden immer wieder einen Grund noch mehr zu wollen und zahlen am Ende nichts aus.
Ich habe das bei der Polizei zur Anzeige gebracht.
Die müssen dringend gestoppt werden.

Es ist kein Stern wert, ich würde angeworben um Geld zu verdienen, es handelt sich dabei eigenes Geld zu verwenden und Bewertungen plus Hotelbestätigung mit eigene browser Adresse zu bestätigen. Somit sieht es wie echter Kunde aus und echte Bestellung. Es ist alles nur Fake. Ich habe alle Beweise und gehe damit zu Polizei und Verbraucher Zentrale.

We booked a nights stay with the Eagles Hotel in Llanwrst Wales, for Saturday 9th September through Ebooking.com It would mean travelling from Worcester to Wales to attend a 70th birthday party the next day but on the 4th September we were told the party had been cancelled due to an outbreak of Covid 19 with the person whose party it was for.
We therefore had to cancel the booking and had an email from Ebooking.com saying the booking had been "successfully cancelled and if a refund is due it is now being processed automatically, you will get it within the next 7 to12 days".
We paid £157.50 and have been informed that there will be NO refund at all due to the Ebooking cancellation policy, to quote them,
"Terms of cancellation cost,
Total cancellation cost £157.50"
Beware of this scamming load of gangsters, do not have anything to do with them.

Nell'Hotel della Baia, a Baia Domizia, non ti senti in albergo ma a casa tua. Gentilezza, i direttori sono anche i proprietari, e attenzione a qualunque richiesta si possa fare! mi sono rilassato, ho parlato con gli ospiti e con i proprietari
