TRUFFA. Trovato il telefono della struttura di Mazara del Vallo dove ebooking dava disponibilità dal 14 al 18 agosto che non hanno mai avuto contatti con ebooking e stanno cercando di evitare problemi con la clientela che dovesse presentarsi

Escroquerie totale , paiement intégral et pas de place en arrivant à l hotel .... Remboursement impossible

In case you proceeded to put your credit card information, but they didn't took the money away from you, my advice is to immediately transfer all your money from that specific credit card you used on this website and deactivate it!

Hotel could not find my booking done in advance and I lost the money. Impossible to contact the company. Do not use this site.

Vergognoso, abbiamo prenotato, arrivati in struttura , ci dicono che non lavorano con ebooking.com. e che loro non hanno ricevuto nessuna nostra prenotazione, noi avevamo pure pagato, e nulla abbiamo, dovuto andare via . E dovuto fare reclamo per i soldi pagati con la carta di credito.

Don’t , I repeat don’t book any hotels via ebooking.com ,booked 2 night stay at hotel in Great Yarmouth, turn up to a boarded up hotel been closed down for months , took payment the day before , spend hours on phone , only to be told they can’t refund me ,as they can’t connect hotel , it’s a total Micky mouse company

Booking seems to work OK by there is no way to amend a booking - even the property owner cant amend a booking - blamed on 'technical error' and they cant tell you how long after you cancel the dates will become free so even cancel and rebook is fraught

Ebooking.com is a scam, we booked a hotel for a luxury holiday for my family. When we arrived there, the hotel does not exist, all calls were not answered, it really rained our long planned holiday

Je réserve une nuit , mais après paiement on m'informe qu'il y a des frais de nettoyage de 150% . J'essaie d'annuler, mais les différents liens pour annuler ne fonctionnent pas, le tél du service client( pas audible) me donne un autre n° de tél, qui n'existe pas.!!! Heureusement l'hotel a réussi à annuler ma réservation

I used ebooking.com to pay ($1000) for a hotel room but when I got to the hotel they had no conformation for my booking. Do not book through this company.

Grosse arnaque je vous le déconseille fortement, j'ai réservé deux chambres d'hôtel en passant par ebooking, et arrivé sur place le patron de l'hôtel me dit qu'il ne travaille pas avec eux, et que les numéros de réservations sont faux ! Au final on a du payer une deuxième fois...

I got scammed too, from this website ebooking.fr, for booking hostels and hotels today on 3 dec 2021, paid a reservation through my mastercard and they took my money plus 4€ for one night. The hostel did check but cannot find any reservation, so from that moment i knew i got scammed from this f&ckers. I will check with my bank to get my money from this sh&tty scamming website of ebooking.com or ebooking.fr !!! Im so angry and sad , i hope they will burn in hell those f&ckers

This is a scam!! We booked last night two rooms but the hotel never received any confirmation and is not working with this website. Ebooking has the same look en feel than booking.com, but all they do is steal your money!

Attention Arnaque!

J'ai reservé via ebooking 2 nuits d'hotels, l'hotel en question était en travaux donc fermé. J'ai mis plus d'une heure au téléphone avec le service d'aide, qui m'as dit que j'allais être recontacté sous 72h par le service client pour mon remboursement. J'ai relancé plusieurs fois jamais eu de réponse après 3 mois!

Siamo incappati in questo sito per errore...come molti altri cercando di prenotare su Booking!
Il nostro host una persona poco seria, una volta arrivati alla struttura ci informa che le camere sono al completo e che ci avrebbe dato un altro alloggio! Il servizio clienti è una presa in giro... non risponde nessuno per ore! Una truffa!

Je ne recommande pas cette application. Ils veulent que vous réserviez avec eux puis s’il y a un soucis d’annulation c plus leur problème. En gros ils m’ont dit débrouillez vous alors que c’est avec leur application que j’ai réservé l’hôtel.

J'ai effectué une réservation le 15 juin 2020.
Une semaine avant le départ je décide de regarder ma réservation sur le site. La réservation n'été pas indiquer sur mon compte.
Après avoir mis des heures à joindre le service client, il m'informe qu'il n'y a aucun souci la réservation à bien été pris en compte.
Par doute, j'ai contacté directement la propriétaire des lieux avand le départ (j-3) qui m'informe que la réservation a été annulée le 16 juin.
Bien entendu aucune information m'a été communiquer !!! Fort heureusement la propriétaire a trouvé une solution pour maintenir mon séjour.
Je ne recommande surtout pas ce site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suite à l’annulation d’un séjour à Santorin, il est impossible d’obtenir le remboursement des frais d’hôtel. Il n’a pas été possible de reporter à cause des vols. Après de nombreux mails et appels, je n’ai aucune réponse. Alors qu’Expedia et Booking ont procédé aux remboursements de leurs clients, ebooking a choisi de garder le silence. A éviter absolument !!!!
