Beautiful jewellery, my Mum was delighted with her earrings!

I have purchased from Ebor a few times now and each and every time they have been fantastic.
We had an issue with a necklace and they were quick and very prompt in rectify the issue.
Because of the quality of product and customer service I will only buy from here.

The ordering procedure is very straightforward and quick. The pendant is as described and matches my other items well. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged.
I would have liked a confirmation e mail to say that my order had been accepted and was being processed. That is the only negative, otherwise all good.

Although I received an email acknowledging my order and payment and saying my order was being processed. I twice requested delivery details and received no reply, until two days after it had arrived. A quick update on posting would have been appreciated

I have bought several items using the on line site and the Whitby shop and never been disappointed with the service or quality.
As can happen I did have a small problem with some earrings but it was sorted with no hassle. A very kind, quick and professional response. Would highly recommend to everyone. First class.
