I wanted to get PTM7950 & M.2 Heatsinks for my Laptop to prevent overheating of various parts(CPU, GPU, SSD etc.). But these things were NOT available to buy in India.

I came to know about this website from YouTube/Reddit and went forward to order the items. The order shipped late (10 days) due to local holidays, but the order was shipped finally.

I got the order after 23 days after shipping (Total 33 days after Order) and all the items were present in good condition.

Their customer support is also very good; they reply instantly within 10 mins.

Now I've placed another order( Thermal Putty & Pad).

I did a lot of research before buying from ebuy7 they have competitive prices and good shipping options.
Good experience overall.

Site pas ergonomique voir ringard. Mode de livraison très compliqué. J'attends toujours que mon colis soit envoyé alors que j'ai payé les frais de transport depuis 12 jours. C'est la dernière fois que j'y achète quelques choses. ... Bon après quelques jours, je modère mes paroles. Je maintien que le site n'est pas ergonomique..Mais ebuy7 à été très commercial. Ils ont répondu à ma demande de renseignements. J'avais oublié que c'était le nouvel an chinois. Et mon proposé un bon de réduction.

I've ordered 33 items from this site and they all arrived as described. I did pay for EMS (International Priority Mail) shipping so the time in transit wasn't an issue. Language problem -- Mandarin Chinese has no verb tense, that is there is no past, present, or future tense. The Chinese often write English in past tense, meaning any tense. I dated a Chinese woman a few years ago and she found English to be an incredibly difficult language - which it is. This is a Chinese site, so expect misspellings in English. I'm in the USA and this is the finest Asian site I've found. One of my products had a minor scratch that occurred during shipping. I sent them a nice note in very basic English asking them to use a heavier box for the next order. I specifically told them that I did not want a refund or replacement. Still, they sent me a new item at no charge for the item or the shipping cost! I won't order from any other merchant in China.

Bought something for £22.69 with fed-ex priority delivery at £13.93 as per the sites recommended list.
Only to receive 2nd bill for £29.14 extra delivery cost, totalling £43.07 for delivery.
Wouldn't of made the purchase if I'd known.

Just purchased 4 Tech decks (small skateboard toys), comparing the price to Ebay/Amazon etc they are super cheaper and I thought it might be a scam due to that.

I received my items, packed safely super fast and exactly as described. What an amazing experience, so so happy with the service and results.

At first I was skeptical about buying items shipping directly from China, but I made the purchase using Paypal and the electronic unit arrived within a week shipping directly from China to U.S. The seller was pleasant to deal with, communicated as needed. Item arrived as pictured and described. I would buy from Ebuy7.com again.

Be warned about deceptive business practices when ordering merchandise from a website called Ebuy7.com. I placed an order with them on January 28, 2023. They requested more money for shipping so I cancelled the order on February 1 and again on Feb. 9, 2023. They shipped the order anyway and I found it on my front porch Feb.23rd. That same day I refused to accept delivery -- took the parcel to the US post office -- the clerk took parcel and marked it Refused. (image can be attached) ............
I then submitted a dispute with PayPal. The USPS tells me new tracking numbers are not provided because no money is exchanged. My understanding is that the package would be returned to the sender, or to the address on the package. I informed Troy at Ebuy7 of this situation. Now Troy is expecting me to pay for the order. The fact that Ebuy7 would ship a cancelled order is deceptive at best. It smells of fraud. Too bad China does not have a Better Business Bureau -- they need one.
I have found 3 addresses in China for associated with Ebuy7.

The people who give good reviews for Ebuy7 probably do not realize they have been scammed in some way ... from counterfeit goods, to purposely inflated shipping cost to extract more money. Even the 5-star reviews look bogus.

I received what I wanted in a very short time. Only small nitpick about not having transparent delivery fees that only showed up after ordering the item. But those weren't very high.

I worked with ebuy7 for 6 months to supply ptm7950. Initially, their service was perfect. However, after 3 months, there was an incident where the product got spread inside the package when bought in bulk, causing damage to 1 batch of products upon arrival. When I bought the 6th batch this month, they swapped to a different ptm7950, claiming it was just a packaging change, and I trusted them blindly. But after selling half of the batch, I started receiving bad reviews that the ptm7950 we sold was fake. When we tested it with cinebench, the score was 1000 lower than the usual product. I demanded a return, but they refused, saying I should return the product in the same state they sent it, and since I had already sold half of the batch, I was stuck. Overall, ebuy7 turned out to be a bad supplier.

Works well if you don't need to contact customer support, but if you do order and have a problem, don't expect them to help you.

My order was out of stock and they only told me after I threatened to file a PayPal dispute after days of it being stuck on pending. After I said I would like a refund or I would go ahead with the dispute, they told me to "go ahead".

There are other reputable Taobao agents you can use that are cheaper and provide better services and I would suggest looking at those alternatives.

The transaction was smooth and convenient, and as a return customer, I am quite happy with the overall service! The products I'd ordered arrived quickly and were just as described, and I couldn't be happier!

Los artículos son de baja calidad .....eh comprado vagones de ferrocarril a escala y llegan incompletos no te dan garantías ni reembolsos y si lo hacen quieren que regreses el producto y el costo de devolución sea por tu cuenta! No se hacen responsables y tienes tu qué ir por los paquetes

I can only recommend the service of Ebuy7 to everyone! Fast delivery and all products as expected. They even took some overweight shipment cost from me.
