Bought on 24 Jun 2022 & received in good condition on 20 July 2022 (shipment to Malaysia). It takes almost 1 month to receive. Overall the strip fits with the vacuum machine model DZ-400.

Shipping is fast. The shipping fee reflects oversea shipping price and depends on the properties (liquid, powder), size and weight of your product, also your choice of the shipping method. Just be aware of this, since the product is not in US.

The cutting board was exactly what I was looking for. I was wanting to surprise my wife with the type she used in China. I had a decent experience with their service. I was hesitant at first but they had listed the product I wanted (PTM 7950 HoneyWell Thermal Paste) which was nowhere to be found else where. After placing an order, I had to wait about a month until I saw any updates then after several weeks I contacted their agent from the customer care section in their website. They informed me that they changed my shipping method because the initial shipping method was not available in my country then they give me another tracking number to track.
After 2 months of patience, I finally received my product in good condition.
