This prop firm has been completely unavailable since November. The trading platform went offline and has never come back. Since then, there has been zero communication. I have already submitted a report to the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

I am very disappointed. About one month after making the payment, the trading platform became inaccessible, the website stopped working, and Mike no longer responds to any messages or inquiries. I personally know several other people who experienced the same situation. We did not receive our money back — it simply disappeared along with them.

If the situation changes and we receive proper communication, a refund of the paid amount, or access to the trading platform is restored, I am willing to update this review.

Until then, this is an extreme disappointment, especially because we did not place our trust in Mike and his team as strangers, but based on prior confidence and belief in them.

Don't be fooled by the 80/20 Profit split. Strategically placed are the Payout Policies at the bottom of their site and not in their FAQ. What you get is actually a 50% claimable profit from your 80/20 split effectively giving you 60/40. On top of that is a 3% profit claim cap.

Currently system is down with zero communications via email, only a message in their "general" discord channel. This has been since October 20th.

When asking for feedback on my current live account, it has taken 6 weeks and counting to get a solid response aside from "we'll get back to you tonight". Which happened over and over again.

Feels like a scam. I will change this review if anything I am wrong or something changes but for now, not impressed at all.

What a breath of fresh air in the prop firm space, I bought the wrong challenge and the team re set me, other firms wouldn’t do this, the platform works well, the rules are plane no hidden stuff, the process took minutes and my account was live, easy to sign in simple effective well priced and the helpline is acutely helpful, I’d hurry up and get the discount I don’t do reviews, this team actually deserve one also, I don’t trust prop firms easily I’ve been stung just been hit for 20k so I don’t recommend anyone, I highly recommend this firm and their staff don’t try cheap rubbish with dodgy rules and only relying on people that fail to fund you these guys don’t do that, which is how it should be.

As a funded trader, I highly recommend ECAPFX; it is transparent, easy to use, everyone will find something for themselves, and you can trade crypto 24/7. The customer service works flawlessly, responding virtually immediately. One of the best prices in the industry and low spreads make ECAPFX one of the best in the market.

I been scalping nas100 for quite some time in 1min chart and ECAPFX really offers all the features I need. Low spreads not only during the quiet trading hours but also during the news and that’s something most other prop firms doesn’t give. Another thing is the responsiveness that platform is offering. never had a trouble closing or opening the trade during the news trading. Even the company is new, it already got my trust in it.

Well folks, I was intrigued by Ecap's implementation of crypto markets as I love being able to trade 24/7. As I researched the platform , there are many coins to choose from and this impressed me. I also looked at the spreads & leverage and was surprised they are tighter than I thought. Yes, I am excited to get busy and get trading on the Ecap platform. Yes CFD Crypto may be different, but at the end of the day, the fees are very reasonable and this is very important to me. As a new platform, Ecapfx has a business model I really really like.
Also, I just want to say the team is awesome and has answered all my questions in a timely manner and look forward to interacting with them as needed going forward.
