Direct contact with Justin Gilson who was able to expain what had changed and why. He also enabled me to navigate the refund process and speed things along when required. This direct support from a human being made the process less stressful and lead to a positive outcome.

I was fooled about the purchase of my timeshare with HGVC in the USA, I contacted ECC and Steven was put in charge of my case, it was a pleasure to work with him and I finally got closure and I am free of all the stress, so a big thank you to Steven & ECC for guiding & helping me in this process, highly recommended 🙏😊

Almost there, just waiting for the final legal documents.
The process has taken a number of years to resolve, this appears typical of USA timeshare compnies that put up every objection possible in the hope that one becomes fed up with the process and just continues to pay their ever increasing maintenance charges. However Steven led us through the process and Wendy helped in keeping things going. So hopefully here's to the final step.

Finally managed to unload my timeshare in Florida. It took time but I believe it was worth it. Questions and queries about the process were answered promptly by Stevan John. I’m glad I found ECC.

It's been a long, long road which I personally never believed could or would happen. Finally the noose has been released and free of the financial burden. Steven John has been instrumental in achieving this, many times I have questioned his judgement, but actually agree he was correct throughout this process. I actually met him in Spain during one of my "concerned" periods, he is totally professional and a workaholic!! Long live ECC with Steven John, not necessarily the cheapest, but definitely the best!! Thank you.

I am pleased to report that after signing up with ECC I am now finally free from my contract with a timeshare points company, there were times when I doubted if it would ever get done but we finally got the result mainly due to the efforts of Steven John and his team. After disappointment attempting to self exiting a Holiday Points Company ECCs Mr Steven John was appointed to take on the case. This Man promised and he delivered . Our first phone call was brief but assuring this man was not going to fail us. Today 23rd/Jan / 2026 we have received exit confirmation from the time share nightmare . He was our Man in shining armour . Steven is not one for idle chit chat but tenacious and devoted to his quest to release us from a very stressful event in our lives.
May we take this opportunity to also thank all the ECC staff who very professional steered us through the initial relinquishment case preparation but, very special thanks to Steven John who won closure. During this ordeal he was confident and competent throughout and was without doubt a key player in reaching a wonderful result.
Keep up the good work and we wish you success for the future.

Forms were emailed through and following his instructions we achieved what he promised, that our contract with time share would be cancelled.
Steven showed great patience with us due to our scepticism of his offer and this was much appreciated along with his diligence of care for us.

Steven John has been tremendously helpful & supportive during the process of relinquishing our Diamond Resorts timeshare. He kept us informed of the legal issues & was available 24/7 to respond to our questions.
We would highly recommend ECC if you are in a similar position.

I have been working with ECC for twelve months and eventually it looks like I could be free from Timeshare ownership within the next month.
I did have some reservations during the process but it now looks like Steven has managed to free myself and my wife of our Timeshare.
I paid a large amount of money upfront to start the process and then at the end of the process I had to pay another amount of money to obtain my foreclosure paper work.
I am now working with a Notary to approve the documents which hopefully will be the final transaction before I am Timeshare Free.

My experience with ECC has been positive as from the beginning they have been exceptionally helpful. My main contact has been Steven who has shown tolerance to my constant questioning always giving me sound advice which has finally come to fruition. A monkey is off my back after a long time and I am eternally grateful to Steven and all concerned. I would not hesitate in suggesting to others trying to offload time shares to try ECC.
