Poor aftercare and too greedy

For what ever reasons they decided to charge me in advance which I later found out they had other payment methods. When i cancelled and wanted my £250 what a nightmare they had no proper procedure i tried to get it back through paypal but that was another night mare it is well over a month. I finally had to go down there to give me bank details so they could do it through bank transfer. Also after having my tooth pulled I was still in pain for about 6 weeks they should have given me after care advise.

Great practice! Friendly, supportive and great care

Great practice! My teeth were in a bad state before I went here and was both nervous and embarrassed. The reception team were friendly, informative and super supportive. Dentist was gentle and explained everything to me really well. All my treatment went perfectly. Can’t thank the team enough!
