Un service client déplorable

Un service client déplorable, aprÚs presque 20 jours d'attente mon colis est retourné sans raison à l'expéditeur, pas d'indication que le colis est livré sur le suivi, pas de notifications et voici leur réponse : "Votre colis a été livré au point relais demandé et va nous être retourné." Merci Eco Verde.

The worst store I have ever shopped at

The worst store I have ever shopped at! First, I waited nearly a month for my package. I exchanged over 15 emails with customer service, only to receive conflicting information every single time. The store couldn't make up its mind: first, they claimed the parcel was stuck with the courier and they would handle it; then, they told me I had to resolve the issue with the courier myself.

When the package finally arrived, it was completely damaged. However, I can't even return it because EccoVerde initiated a return on my profile themselves, which prevents me from generating a return label. I've been shopping online for years at various stores, but I have never wasted this much time or energy on a single order. I strongly advise against shopping here!

Attention entreprise peu professionnelle!

Commande faite le 08/12/2025 expédiée le 18/12/2025. Aujourd'hui 01/02/2026 toujours pas de livraison! Mail de réclamation envoyé le 14/01/26 sans aucune réponse de leur part! Il semble évident que la relation clientÚle ne fait pas partie des standards de qualité de cette entreprise. J'étais client depuis plusieurs années et c'est le premier problÚme que je rencontre mais il est sur que ce sera le dernier.

Los productos son buenos pero mejor comprarlos en otro sitio

Los productos son buenos, la atencion al cliente por email es realmente buena, contestan muy rapido y educadamente, pero no te resuelven nada.

Pagué por unos gastos de envio a domicilio, la empresa contrato el envio mas barato que existe (tipo carta) al no caber el paquete en el buzon la empresa de mensajeria lo deposita en su oficina a varios kilometros de mi casa.

Si cuando compro algo elijo entrega a domicilio y pago por ello si no lo envias con esas condiciones me estas estafando dinero. Te estas lucrando con lo que ahorras contratando un envio que no se va a producir a domicilio.

Tambien ponen que envian muestras y no es verdad ( yo no quiero muestras) pero simplemente no lo pongais, a nadie le gusta que le engañen.

Seit Jahren zufrieden

Ich bestelle schon seit einigen Jahren bei Ecco Verde und hatte noch nie Probleme. Die Artikel kamen immer sorgfÀltig verpackt und schnell an.
Sollte sich was verzögern wird man sofort per Mail informiert. Die Auswahl ist groß und abwechslungsreich. Ich hatte noch nie QualitÀtsmÀngel oder Àhnliches.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn man Kosmetik online bestellt, sollte einem klar sein, dass man diese nicht einfach im geöffneten Zustand zurÌcksenden kann. Zum Ausprobieren einfach mal die Augen nach Minis aufhalten. Da gibts bei Ecco Verde auch ganz viele ;)

service client efficace

J’ai rencontré un souci avec ma commande : le livreur ( colis privé...) avait déposé le colis chez quelqu’un d’autre et celui-ci est resté sous la pluie. J’ai contacté le service aprÚs-vente, qui a géré la situation de maniÚre trÚs professionnelle et rapide. Ils ont immédiatement proposé de renvoyer les produits, gratuitement et à leurs frais. Un service client efficace, à l’écoute et vraiment sérieux. Je recommande sans hésiter !
