Rep called to view a proposed Echohouse extension on my property. Very polite & knowledgeable young man. On his first attempt we were given a very high quote which, on checking with him we were told a ‘mistake’ had been made and a weak apology of sorts was offered. Second attempt he never came back to me with design or a price, I assume he wasn’t interested because planning permission would be required…far too much trouble for Echohouse to be bothered with. Ignored phone message from my wife. Met him in the village, a meek ‘sorry about that’ was offered, no explanation whatsoever given.

Robert Pierson of Ecohome Network is hands-down the rudest, most racist, and most sexist person I have ever met in my entire life. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. He made disgusting, derogatory comments about women and people of color during what was supposed to be a professional interaction, and when I called him out, he doubled down with more hostility and zero remorse.
He has no business being in any role that involves dealing with the public. Someone with this level of bigotry and aggression should not be representing any company, let alone one that claims to care about sustainability and community. Avoid Ecohome Network if Robert is involved — you will regret it. Absolute worst experience possible.

Purchased a cabin from eco homes last year. Absolutely more than delighted with the whole process, and even more delighted with the cabin ! Everyone at Eco Homes were extremely helpful, 5/5 ⭐️

We bought a 2 bed cabin from eco home recently. Alan was so lovely to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful. He even dropped paint down to us on a Sunday. These lads honestly go above and beyond. All the work they did on the cabin was to such a high standard, we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cabin.

Eco home supplied and installed a barrel sauna for me .They say what they do and do what they say . The installers were efficient, expert , arrived when promised and did their work to the highest standard. I am very happy with the outcome and also happy yo recommend them

Got a 3 bed log cabin mase to order installed last week, boys where amazing !

Egis and Alan are super helpful from start to finish.
I must have sent 50 messages to help with my self built one bed.
Couldn’t be more helpful and a fast service even in the midst of lockdown.

Very impressive service.
Egis designed the log cabins for me based on a floor plan I had drawn. The quote I received was very reasonable. He communicated clearly each step of the process, and arrived with the cabins when he said he would.
Highly recommended.
