Rude employee bike's are unstable when driving ,battery is very faulty trust me don't let the prices fool you ,BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! ASAP.

I visited the ECOBAT depot in Shefford. I needed a replacement battery for my VW T4 van. I was very impressed with the service and information provided. I went back today with the van, and the member of staff that served me was incredibly helpful and came out to the van to ensure that the battery he had advised (based on the Reg Number) would fit. He measured and checked against the existing battery and suggested that there was a better and cheaper alternative that would be a better fit.
I have now fitted the new battery and it was a very easy swap., the quality looks good and it is backed by a 3 year warranty, which gives me great confidence.
Great customer service and good pricing, prompted me to write this review. I am in no way connected to the company or know any of their employees.
