We’re sorry to hear that receiving deliveries from two different couriers has been inconvenient. We understand how that can be frustrating. We do use multiple courier partners depending on the product and location to help keep delivery times quick and costs competitive, but we really appreciate your preference for DPD and will certainly pass this feedback on to our logistics team.
