Anna was very helpful with any questions or edits to the code I had. Aside from that, EcomSolid loads much faster than any standard shopify theme and there is a free plan, but the paid plan really is worth it to take your store to the next level.

Before launching with EcomSolid, my E-commerce store had a pretty extensive product catalog with about 10 Design apps from tabs to features. This, like any merchant this would spark a little concern when launching a new theme, never mind one as versatile and unique as EcomSolid. However, after taking the leap, it was an extremely smooth transition, and I got to keep all my prior Apps. The EcomSolid team is professional, online, and proactive in helping, especially since I am mostly online at unusual hours. The best shopify theme I have used! EcomSolid has an amazing theme editor with amazing customizability. This is the first theme I've used that offers so much value for the price, I have had no other themes offering what this theme does for $20. Not to mention their awesome support team, They're quick to getting onto the problem and solving it for me. I wanted a few edits to my website that I couldn't do with the editor and they're tech team got it done in less than an hour.
This is the best value for money Theme/Theme editor for shopify I have used, that's why I'm giving EcomSolid 5 stars!

We started using eCom Solid for one of our clients and it's awesome. It's code friendly and their customer support (Lumpy and Cherry) is world-class. We're on our way to migrate all our stores to eCom Solid. It's a solid and a reliable app. They've very specific tools that fuels CRO.

Starting with great customer service, this is just the best all around theme out there. You can customize literally EVERYTHING, and with such amazing help, you dont even need any experience

The tech team at EcomSolid (especially Anna) is beyond amazing. I have the free plan and needed something to be fixed which requires editing the code in the backend which normally only available to paid plans. They went above and beyond to implement the code on my site so that it better serves my customers without having to upgrade. The FREE plan is amazing! I'm never going back to any theme and as long as my business grows, i will be using EcomSolid indefinitely with plans to upgrade.

EcomSolid theme with which you can do literally anything you want. If you encounter a problem that you cannot solve on your own, there is a great support team that will help you.

We switched from a Shopify Start theme to Ecomsolid some time ago. As with any change of theme, we encountered some problems with the layout etc, after the migration. The Ecomsolid team has been ultra reactive, pleasant to listen to our problems. They managed to solve them one by one. And that's not all! We even asked them to make modifications to customize the theme even more according to our tastes (which were not "problems" but "improvements") and they helped us again very quickly.
The quality of their customer service responses is also worth mentioning, with very detailed and easy to understand answers thanks to explanatory videos or annotated images.
We are really very satisfied with their services, and recommend this topic to everyone!
