fast friendly great. fixed the problem faster then a lot of service support I dealt with. wished they all fix stuff as fast as this support team.and the website design is easy to use fast setup and looks way better then any shopify default themes by far.

Great customer support, very accomodating. Even did some custom code for no additional charge. Highly recommend.

The EcomSolid theme/page builder has made designing our Shopify store infinitely easier and gives us the flexibility we need to create layouts that we just couldn't do with a basic theme. The result is not only a much better looking (and faster store) but also an improved conversion rate, thanks to the design but also the built in 'apps' for cross-sell and upsell.

Like ALL content management systems, it is not 100% perfect (I've used lots of the well known ones!) but their support is very professional and friendly and has always fixed issues for me.
