We started to research Solar panels, batteries and inverters.We had four visits from Rep’s from different companies.
By far the most professional, down to earth discussion was with Adam and Kylefrom Ecosheffield.
We found them to be very knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything in more detail than the other Rep’s plus providing a very competitive quote.
Again we researched the equipment that they intended to use and were very impressed.
Fitting day arrived, the speed , efficiency , proficiency and professionalism shown by the roofers,electrician and Kyle and Sam ( who were here throughout )
We are absolutely delighted with Eco Sheffield and everyone when we have had dealings with have been an absolute credit to the company.

We had a few companies to quote for our installation. Sam @EcoSheffield came out to quote and discuss options. Out of all the companies we felt these people were the least pressured to sell and listened to what we wanted. Installation went very smoothly and even a faulty interconnect cable was replaced very quickly. The 3 teams involved, Scaffolders, Roofers and Electrical team all worked very well together, with the install being completed by 2pm. Commissioning completed and all the workings of the equipment and App were demonstrated. All rubbish cleared away and work areas left clean. I recommend the company and it's personnel.

Very professional instal from the planning to installation very friendly representatives of the company and also trades people on fitment day with no mess at all would recommend.

I cannot recommend EcoSheffield enough! From start to finish the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The scaffolding went up Thursday afternoon, and by Friday my solar system was up and running – I was genuinely impressed at how they got everything done.

The team were professional but friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience feel easy. Upfront and honest throughout, with no hard sell or hidden costs, and their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I’d had.

Efficiency and communication were on form – it never felt rushed, just well organised. Everything was explained clearly, and it was left tidy afterwards.

What can I say other than WOW!

No hard sell, competitive price and Sam endured my endless questions as I got to grips with how it all worked and what would be right for us. His knowledge and advice was invaluable and came with a real feeling that they care so much about what they are doing and how they go about it.

The team were spectacular, turned up at 7:30 and were done installing 14 panels and two batteries by lunch time. All very courteous, a bang tidy install and even on half a day’s overcast weather I’m already looking at being off gird.

Happy to show anyone what we have and how it all works but you could not get better than these guys in my opinion and like others I’m a difficult customer with high expectations, all of which were met above and beyond!

Happy for Sam to share my number with anyone who has doubts about these guys, in my opinion you will not find better either on price or more importantly quality and customer service, absolutely first class.

EcoSheffield worked with me to get out solar install in place; from the moment of first contact through the final system signoff and handover, the guys there were professional, courteous, easy to reach and obviously cared deeply about doing an exceptional job. I had constantly clear communication from them throughout the install, and I've already recommended them to a work colleague looking to go ahead with a solar install on her property.

Dedicated, careful, neat and efficient work from a team who clearly know what they are doing from both a technical and a customer service perspective.

Really responsive, cheerful and helpful from start to finish. We had an EV charger fitted, from first getting in touch to getting it was just a couple of days; Sam kept us up to date on the installation plan and the chaps who came and did the install were fast, tidy and friendly. Once the install was done Sam talked us through setting up the app and understanding how to arrange tariffs to get the best value out of the kit.

From the first telephone call after initial enquiry, nothing but professional, and fitted within the week, the guys who did the install first class, and professional, to say were more than happy is a understatement, highly recommended, Sam went through everything to make sure we understood everything,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We recently had a solar battery system installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very first conversation, Sam was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had a really in-depth discussion about what I wanted from the system and what was available, and he took the time to understand our energy usage. The very next day, he came back with a detailed quote — which was impressive not only in content but also in price. Compared to other identical quotes we received, Sam’s price was around 40% cheaper, which gave us great confidence in moving forward.

The installation process was smooth and impressively efficient. Scaffolding was put up on Thursday by a local third-party, and the solar panels were installed on Friday by the first team. Then, on Saturday, the second team arrived to install the inverter and battery and commission the entire system. Everything went like clockwork and was completed to an incredibly high standard. Every person we dealt with was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff.

At the end, Sam returned to hand over the system, and again he couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all of our questions clearly and showed an impressive depth of knowledge.

All in all, we’ve had an excellent experience from start to finish — fast, professional, high-quality work, and a price that beat the competition by a long way. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from first contact to handover. Initial proposal was quickly drawn up following a discussion on requirements. This was then slightly altered after a survey was conducted, all of which happened quickly.
Updates were continuously provided via phone call and messages. The install day was efficient and smooth, and tradesman were all professional, describing the system as needed. I was already aware of most aspects, but they were more than happy to answer any questions I might have.
Sam was brilliant throughout and still offering his assistance through aftercare.

Good communication, super quick to sort out a fitting time because we had not even thought about having a home car charger just went ahead and bought an electric car. From me putting the request on bark to them getting in touch with a quote and fitting it 2 weeks if that also offered to come back and connect to our new internet provider which we we due to do 3 days.
