Got handed out the wrong gown. I It said master’s in the order, but I realised I got a different one than my cohorts. Turns out the master’s one has coloured sleeve. I am very disappointed as I don’t know the difference until I got seated in the hall.

Otherwise, great staff and quality.

I had a seamless experience hiring a gown from Ede and Ravenscroft for my graduation at King's, and this is my second time hiring from them with no issues. Highly recommended!

Excellent professional service. Well organised. Though there were many graduates, there was very little waiting for receipt or return and the gowns were in excellent order.

From the reviews, it’s quite clear to NOT book photographs from them lol. I hired my own, hence the 5 stars. Booking the correct gown was easy. Payment was a breeze. On the graduation day itself, all I needed was the QR to get my gown. They had a line of staff ready to help you don your gown. Easy peasy. Return was just there right after. Amazing. Gown was clean and had no smell. Good quality fabrics. Heavy gown with amazing drape.

Super efficient service, everything was very well organised and the staff were incredibly helpful, making sure everything was right and in place for the graduation ceremony.

Ede & Ravenscroft provided fantastic service for my graduation ceremony with King's College London. The entire collection and return process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized, which took all the stress out of an already busy day.

I especially appreciated the team’s hands-on help when fitting the gown and hood. They were warm, attentive, and made sure every pin and fold sat perfectly before heading out for photos and the stage. Excellent, professional service—highly recommended!

Aside from the expense the booking fitting and return very easy very swift. Friendly staff showing genuine interest in the graduation. They’re a well oiled machine.

Staff was friendly, service is extortionate. £127 for renting a hat and a cape for a couple hours, what a way to exploit people on a special day who have no alternative but to use your service. If you want a digital copy of 1 photo it will cost you an eye watering £40

Everything was well planned and organized but there was a fatal mistake. I was given a wrong gown and hat and i discovered it in the chapel, and some staff had to run back to store to get me the correct one.
This mistake almost ruined my graduation if it wasn’t for the people who acted in the last minute

The Staff were very helpful and had a very calm presence despite being a very busy day, so that really helped.

The whole process was made very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the collection and returning of the garments very easy.

The process was smooth and well organised, the only down side was the cost to hire for a few hours is high.

Very good thanks for making the day special. Also the extension of a week to let me get photos taken was fabulous

Don't bother getting your graduation photos from this company. Just take good ones yourself.

I had issues with the website which meant I couldn't order my graduation photographs and they were incredibly unhelpful. The support number didn't work and then I had to call multiple stores to get a number for the photography department. I had some help when I called that number but their solution was still to order from the website which I still cannot do (not on any device or search engine). I have continued to email and I've had no response at all. I don't even want prints, just the digital copies.

They've already taken my sitting fee so it's absolutely ridiculous that I can't even order my photos.

Do not use this business.. my daughters graduation photo had a shadow off her gown on her partner white shirt, when I received the photo I got in touch their answer to it was it was a dirt mark!!! You need to repay to have enhanced photo ...Absolutely not. Proof has been sent to them that there is no dirty mark on his shirt.m and clearly the photographer hasn't done his job right. Very upset..Total rip off company

Quite a stressful experience! Of course, some of this is down to the uni and me missing the gown ordering deadline. BUT, I do think that the messaging is unclear and that it should be make way more obvious what you need to do. For example, tickets to the actually ceremony are wrapped up with the gown ordering! But this is not mentioned beforehand.

My main qualm is the price of the service. It’s mental. Especially just after graduating when you’re probably at your poorest. Ended up spending a fortune on photos because they only sell them in packages that force way more photos on you than you need. For example, I literally only wanted about four photos, a couple of myself, one with my family, and one with my grandparents. It would be wonderful if I could just pick a photo, pick a frame, pick a size, and then done. Instead, I had to buy a large variant of each photo plus about four smaller ones that are just in a piece of cardboard without the name of the institution even on them???!!! Genuinely such a predatory pricing system it’s crazy. JUST LET PEOPLE PICK AND CHOOSE IT CANNOT BE THAT HARD. It just felt so wasteful when I was ordering and it’s literally the worst time ever to be dropping a fortune on stupid photos when you’re post-grad and trying to move on with your life.

Guy who took the photos was lovely though and I contacted them about missing my deadline and although there was nothing they could do, it was a prompt no, so!

Rip off company. Forgot to add the memory stick to daughter’s photos. I have it for our sons so wanted to try get for daughters. After spending a fortune on their photos once they have money they just don’t care about the fact it’s a special day and sometimes you need to add extras. They have you by scruff of neck as if you don’t book them then you don’t get professional graduation photos. Make sure you check and double check orders as they will not let you add on or amend etc. They did same with son wouldn’t let me just buy one copy of a photo had to buy another pack on top of what I already bought. Be careful!

The initial photography and quick delivery time were great. However once I inspected the photos they were very poorly edited and all looked incredibly washed out compared to my peers photos. I attempted to contact them multiple times through their online portal however, I have had no response. I feel incredibly dissapointed that my professional photos of a once in a lifetime event are not upto the standard that is expected when paying such a premium. I hope that this review reaches the right people and that my issue can be resolved.

The website is awful! It kept changing the language to Welsh. The links given for the app.graduation uni register doesn't work (I tried multiple Internet browsers). I had to keep refreshing the photography section as it kept saying there was no items to purchase there.
After 3 solid hours of trying it finally worked but still cannot get onto the uni register and had to put "link does not work" for this section on my order.
