Speedy delivery, amazing customer service. packaging is lovely. no quibble when something was wrong with my order just sorted it out. would defiantly use again!!

Ordered Pott'd Home Air-Dry Clay Pottery Kit as a fun gift for a friend. Item was initially incorrectly delivered and subsequently lost by the courier. Pott’d customer service was super helpful; they resent the item without delay with an alternative courier. Gift then arrived quickly and correctly. My friend was very happy with the gift. Thank you! Much appreciated.

De kaarsenset was een leuke activiteit! Goed naar ons zin gehad. Helaas was in eerste instantie het resultaat tegengevallen omdat de verf was gaan bladderen. Na een email een vervangende set gekregen zonder problemen. Goede service!

I purchased 2 Easter craft kits for my daughters and they are fantastic! The quality of products included within are excellent, there’s so much to do they’ve been busy for 2 days straight already and they aren’t even half way through.
We were missing some stamps from one of the kits but I just emailed and the team sorted it out immediately by sending new ones but went even further and sent some extras too!

We will definitely be regulars moving forward. Fantastic thank you!

Edit: I received my order today and I have to say the kits are lovely and the items are really great quality. My children and I have made a couple of the Easter kits today and it has been a lot of fun. So 5* for the items but really let down by the customer service communication.

I placed a order a few weeks ago for a couple of easter kits and some stamps. Tracking continued to say the parcel was never handed over to the carrier. I contacted customer services initially and heard nothing. I contacted them again and this time did receive a response telling me they had handed it to the carrier so the issue must be with them. This is obviously not the case if you look at the tracking information, so they took absolutely no accountability for the missing order.

They did ask me if I wanted a refund or for them to send the items again. I asked for them again as they are meant to be Easter presents. I replied almost immediately to the email, expecting this to be actioned in a similar time frame. 24 hours later I received another email saying they will put through another order. Not even to say they had sent it or a time frame, just that they would put another order through. I have stated that if the replacement will not arrive before Easter I no longer want them. This has not been replied to.

I have been sent multiple emails asking me to leave feedback so here it is! If you want items don't bother buying from this company.

Lovely products and excellent communications and customer service. I pointed out a minor issue and was compensated very generously by Rona, who was so helpful.

Ordered via Amazon for next day delivery, delivery then changed to 6 days later. When questioned I was told to get back in touch on that later date. No updates till that date. When questioned they said they could issue a replacement order but after confirming name and address and sending 2 further messages it got processed 2 days later. 2 days later again I have been told it is out of stock. Refund issued and awaiting a gift arriving as a gesture of good will following poor service.

I let them know that one of the mugs had cracked around the handle and they got back to me very quickly and sorted a replacement set, meaning I got an extra mug and paints for the hassle!

I have ordered from Pott'd twice now, and I find their service brilliant. The orders come through quick, and the team are incredibly helpful! They have helped me with a mistake I made recently, and I am thankful for their help. Plus, their products are brilliant! Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with the gloss. Customer services sought a solution, tested the solution (VERY IMPRESSED that they thought to test it) and then sent out the solution which worked.

My package got lost in the post but I was able to contact support via email. They replied promptly and sent a new package along with a free gift.

Lovely experience. The team sorted out the issue with my paints quickly-I got alot more colors and a free gift which I loved painting as well!
