Selling infected plants
Two main issues:
1) This is a huge concern, they clearly have gall in their dahlias. They’re spreading these pathogens by selling infected plants. It’s incredibly irresponsible.
2) Their customer service is unresponsive. I let them know about receiving infected plants and requested a refund and have not heard back.
Ultimately, I don’t recommend purchasing from them. I had heard some mixed reviews and thought I’d try them anyways, and now my soil is contaminated with gall and I’m absolutely kicking myself.

I just had to reach out and share this with you—because you’ve officially caused me the best kind of problem.
Before this year, I had never grown a single flower from seed. Then in December, my daughter asked if I would grow all the flowers for her wedding. Never one to back down from a challenge, I said yes… without fully thinking through the logistics.
I live in an apartment with a very small yard (that my dog has thoroughly claimed as his own), but I do have a long driveway. Thanks to some generous local ranchers here in central Kansas, I’ve gathered about 15 mineral buckets that are about to double as my “flower farm.”
For a little added context—I’m a single mom of five, and I actually have two daughters getting married this summer, so this project means a lot on a lot of levels.
Here’s where you come in…
In the past, I’ve grown tomatoes and would plant a few seeds per pod, hoping one might germinate. I did the same with your flower seeds—and clearly underestimated them. About 90% of everything I planted sprouted. When it came time to thin them out, I just couldn’t bring myself to get rid of the extras, so I carefully separated them instead.
Well… those survived too.
What started as a plan for 100 plants has now turned into over 400 thriving plants—and I officially have a space problem and can’t possibly afford any more soil, so I’ve reached out to other growers in hope they may foster these babies for me and allow me to come get cuttings when the time comes. So I truly, thank you for making my life more complicated in the most beautiful way possible.
I had heard that ranunculus and lisianthus can be difficult, and after reading reviews from other sources, I was a bit nervous. But everything I’ve purchased from you has done incredibly well—strong germination, healthy growth, and no issues so far.
At this point, my biggest concern isn’t growing them… it’s protecting them from Kansas weather. I’m seriously trying to track down a horse trailer to use as emergency hail protection!
For someone who started this with zero experience, it’s going better than I ever imagined. I’ll probably cry if I don’t pull this off—but right now, things are looking very promising.
I just wanted to say thank you. You’ve helped me create something that hopefully will be incredibly meaningful for my daughters’ weddings and something beautiful none of us will ever forget.
Eden Brothers will absolutely be my go-to moving forward.
If you happen to have any tips for protecting everything from severe weather, I’m all ears!
Now… if we could all just knock on wood together for no hail.

I bought 1oz of wildflowers and was charge 40us, I went back to the same page and realized that they sell 22oz of same seeds for 90us. I called and the customer service lady said is bc is a discount for large amount. Really? 22oz vs 1oz? 22oz will be 660us and they sell for 90us??? I feel robe. She said I can return them but have to pay the return fee.
I don’t recommend this seller. I will stick with Fast growing trees. Never had a problem with them.

75% of the seed packets I got had no picture. I will have to cross reference everything to my phone in order to plant. When I brought it to their attention, they said they were trying to fix it, but no real promises.
Then came the emails. A survey, then a follow up survey then another and another. My ibox is clogged.

Disappointed
Ordered dahlia tubers this year and received them today. l'm so disappointed in the quality. Every tubers neck was broken, they looked old and not viable. Don't buy from this company

We have been ordering plants and seeds from Eden Brothers for years. The customer service is outstanding, and we have always received high quality products every time. We highly recommend the ZIN MASTER collection of ZINNIA seeds! We have ordered a quarter pound of seeds multiple times now, and the easy planting coupled with the huge reward of gorgeous, pollinator attracting blooms are very gratifying! Hummingbirds and butterflies and later on, goldfinches come and it's really special!

I've had luck with Eden Brother's Seeds so I returned to purchase more for this Spring/Summer. I did have concerns about one packet of seeds and was plenty surprised how easy it was to contact customer service and resolve the issue.

When I wrote in to say I had a problem, I got back a very kind and understanding answer. I felt that she really wanted to solve my problem. She did everything she could do and then some and because of circumstanses beyond her control, as yet the problem isn't solved, I believe that in the future it will be.
