I ordered a medium shirt for an order I received in my shop, they sent me a large. I ordered in plenty of time to receive the item and get my order make for my customer. I immediately messaged them telling them of the mistake and screenshot my order confirmation of the medium shirt. I told them I needed the shirt asap. The rep told me they would send one out the next morning(I had messaged on a Sunday morning) and I would receive the confirmation and I should have the shirt Tuesday. Monday came and I never received any email confirmation of the new order. I messaged them and they stated I would receive the email at days end. Here it is Tuesday, still no email, still no shirt and I have to get this order out or refund my customer! This is completely unacceptable, this was their mistake and they are not making it right! I can’t get anyone on the phone, it just goes to a voicemail and no one is answering the chats either! I will NEVER order from them again!

My experience was awesome!! I had ordered 4 shirts in the wrong size & when I did a live chat with Manager, James Lane, James immediately corrected my problem. He told me that 4 shirts (the correct size) would be in the mail the next day & a pre-paid mailing slip would be sent to my Gmail. He didn't even concern himself with getting the other shirts back before processing my return!! Once more he gmailed me the next day to let me know that the shirts are on there way & furthermore I was to keep the incorrect size shirts & do whatever I wanted with them!!! I decided to donate them to my grandsons school. What a customer care kind of business!! I will forever be a customer & for those of you reading this, it would be to your advantage to be a forever customer also!! Thank you EDEN LOPEZ 😊
