Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else. I never received my order, communication was incredibly poor, and I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. If you’re ordering for a festival or any time-sensitive event, I would absolutely not trust this company!!

(I ordered from them on sep 17,2020) I genuinely with I could give this website negative 100 stars because I paid for a pair of demonia platform boots. I waited a year and did not receive my boots, so I tried to get a refund. It is 2023 and I haven’t received my refund nor shoes. the customer service is awful, I will never buy from here again and I will tell others to never buy from them again unless I get my refund.

Total scam. No way to contact and website customer service is dead

Ik heb op 3 oktober besteld en betaald (+express verzending) en tot nu toe is die nog steeds niet geleverd. Mails komen niet aan (foutmelding dat mailadres niet bestaat) maar is wel aangegeven als contact. Via het contactformulier op hun site ook geen succes, niemand reageerde. Ik ben vooral teleurgesteld omdat ik de producten leuk vond maar wil nu gewoon mijn geld (83,95 €) terug. Slechte service, niet betrouwbaar.

Do not buy from this site. They take your money but send no products, and will not give refunds. There is no way to contact them and they ignore all messages through the website. Horrible horrible company.

I’ve tried contacting this business multiple times over email and social media and I’ve had absolutely zero reply.
I’ve spent over $100 AUD and in 6 months I’ve had zero response.
Do not order from this site you won’t get a refund or your goods.
You should be ashamed!!!

Ordered a hydration pack from here about 6 months ago. Never got it. I've probably sent 5 emails to customer service and no one will reply to me! I never got a refund either! Rave Ready straight up stole my money

I ordered Demonia shoes for $114 on December 7 2020!!! It is almost December of 2021 and no shoes. The company is a pure scam. They also kept on sending emails that the shoes will soon be on the way. Then they stopped responding to messages (the only way to contact them). Now that it has been a year I cannot deal with my cc company either, although I will try.

Still waiting on a tracking number for items that “shipped” last week. Contacted customer service , yet no response

Never received my Porter Robinson facemask. Waited 2 weeks after ordering and emailed them about a tracking number. After sending the inquiry email a month ago, I still have not received any correspondence from them. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I wish I did a little bit more reading up on this company before purchasing. I ordered a body suit, leg wraps, a hoodie some fluffies and a mask. I recieved the mask and the fluffies but I literally got nothing else. I ordered on 8/10/21 and it still is telling me that my items are being crafted. Apparently they didn't have the body suit so they refunded me the money but I've sent 2 emails and no reaponse. The festival is on Sept 3rd and I wanted to have my items by now. Then I did a little bit of reading and found im not the only one with this issue. I didnt even hesitate to contact the bank and file a dispute. If the items come they come if they don't im not wasting money because it was about $198.

ordered from this site, items were out of stock so they refunded me for the items but still charged me $45 for shipping. they have never once responded to any emils and they have no contact number.

DO NOT BUY THERE. That was the worst experience I've ever had with an order. I ordered a pair of shoes a few months ago and they never arrived, I didn't get a tracking number and they didn't reply to my messages. I regret not reading the reviews before making a purchase there! Do not buy from those scammers!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ITS A SCAM! Ordered something over a month ago, have not received an email saying it’s been shipped so I contacted their customer service and it’s been 2 weeks with no response. I am disputing this charge.

oh my god I ordered these boots in feburary and it’s MAY now. I’ve tried to contact raveready in nearly every way yet no response. They said their boots will be in stock between April 12th and May 2nd and it’s MAY 2ND. I want my boots and I will drive this place into the ground if I don’t get my boots.

Bought some boots back in November on Black Friday as an early birthday present for myself and THEY NEVER CAME. Customer service doesn't get back to you, genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had online shopping. Your better off buying from iheartraves.

Absolutely horrible, I bought shoes 6 months ago and have still not received them. I’m literally BEGGING for them to cancel my order and instead they are just responding with the same thing like “oh are shoes are coming in soon” I’m starting to get extremely worried since I spent 115 dollars on these shoes. I don’t even know what to do. DO NOT shop here it is a complete scam
