It's always nerve wracking working with an outsourcing vendor, since their knowledge and reliability are total unknowns. Our agency was referred to eDesk by a couple of our trusted contacts, which meant a lot to us. Fortunately, our experience with eDesk has also been absolutely stellar. We've found the eDesk team to be extremely experienced and accommodating to all of our workflows. We recommend them without any hesitation!

eDesk makes it easy to outsource time consuming, but important tasks. Out P&C department has 8 people and everyone loves eDesk. Everyone we work with at eDesk is professional and work to fully customize the process for each task prior to starting. Each task our agency has given eDesk has been performed as well as we perform it in the states, sometimes better.

Currently, we have them check policies, create renewal certificates, create non time sensitive certificates and track client related costs for health benefits. Endorsement processing will be next once commercial download is up and running.

I can't recommend them enough. I interview both of the larger firms in India and China and I dont know how they could do better. The low cost start up with eDesk made it easy to try outsourcing for the first time and I am glad I did.

eDesk has been Fantastic!
We have only been with them for a few months but the experience has been fantastic. Their desire and willingness to learn is awesome. We work in the insurance industry and have an infinite number of variables that can't be accounted for. We had a prior service that wanted a "checklist" for every situation. This was impossible for us to provide as there are so many. Our major focus was finding a company that would be able to adapt and change with these different situations. eDesk does this.

It has been smooth and easy to onboard with them. When issues that are new or different come up we discuss how we want to have them taken care of and then off eDesk goes to take care of things.

We are happy and grateful for the services we have been able to hand off to them and have a growing list of things we will have them help us take care of. Our employees are happy to be able to hand off some of the time-consuming tasks that keep them from working with our clients.

We have been blown away by the experience of working with eDesk! From their commitment to excellence to their consistent updates-they have far exceeded my expectations! Truly could not have asked for a better partner to work with and I plan on utilizing their services to help our company grow for many years. By having them work on some of our remedial tasks, it has opened up more time for our staff to work on more revenue-generating items which has been a big boost for us.

We changed from another agency VA to edesk and are very happy. We use them for both personal & commercial. I have found their sweet spot is in commercial servicing. They are very good!

Our client is a top 30 P&C Insurance Broker. In support of an acquisition and subsequent data migration, we subcontracted eDesk to handle the manual migration of Client Data, Policy Data, Producer Data and Certificates to the client's agency management system (Vertafore AMS360).

Edesk has been great for our agency. We're actually using two Virtual assistant companies presently and we see a night and day difference between Edesk and the other company that we use. Edesk does a great job following up on items they need to complete tasks given to them, they check in when a project is partially completed to make sure they are doing things the way that we want, and their end product is great.
