Orly is amazing, she is so detailed and always on top of the game and help me through the entire process

In a business of off and on communication, Orly Vega is the best communicator i have delt with. I am a communicator myself and i need constant info. Orly is the best at not only getting me what i need but also checking in on me. She always has a positive attitude and is a joy to work with.

Justyn was amazing. He was patient and understanding with me.

The people that work for Effective Funding are the definition of great customer service. They have done nothing but bend over backwards to help us with funding. They have coached us through the process and kept us going when we thought it was hopeless. Everyone that I have spoken to at Effective Funding is just the best. I will always go to them with my business funding needs.

These people WILL NOT stop calling me. Left me ten voicemails yesterday and a few more today. I finally called and said to remove me from the calling list. I never signed up for this in the first place. The man was very rude and hung up on me when I nicely asked to PLEASE be removed from their calling list.

Neena was fantastic and made the process as easy as possible. Would love to work with her again in the future.

I am looking for funding so my file information got shared with multiple brokers lenders, etc. Effective Funding called me relentlessly and incessantly But every time they called, it was a recording. I never got an actual person so I finally called them back to ask them to remove me from their call list because this was so unproductive and time-consuming to continue tying up my phone line with their auto bot recordings. I asked if he could get the auto recording calls to stop and the guy that I spoke to was so rude and hateful!! The funny thing is, I’m actually looking for Funding. Had he treated me Like a potential future client he might’ve actually had one. And when I asked him why he was being so rude he hung up in my face. Terrible Customer Service.

The people are the reason to rave about effective funding. They actually help they actually listen. My broker a Tyler has been outstanding. He listens to my needs and then gets to work to help keep my business moving forward. My business would not be what it is without Tyler and the hole team all the way to the underwriters I have always been treated with respect and concern for my business. I would highly recommend both Tyler and Effective funding.

They are very friendly and helps you with the needs you have. When an issue arises they work with you and really care about you. I have used the company 3 times now with out any problems.

They were great to work with, Orly helped me set up for an SBA loan, and answered all of my questions.
