Service received was extremely high quality. Staff were super attentive and friendly. Big thanks to Jaz in particular.

Had 2 cataract operations here carried out by
Jonathan Ross. Everything was excellent including the outcome. My eyesight is now brilliant - shortsightedness and astigmatism corrected too. Highly recommend both the clinic and the ophthalmologist.

Beware! Hidden charges that you are not made aware of! Paid £160 on departure after a simple procedure, was not advised of any further charges and signed no documentation agreeing to any extra charges, was not given any T&C's to read, 2 weeks later receive a bill for £500!! When queried with the Edinburgh Clinic no one bothered to call me back, now being chased by a debt collection agency for a bill I never agreed to. Steer clear!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The environment is very comfortable, clean and presentable. Does not feel like a medical clinic at all. The procedure was carried out with extreme professionalism and I felt I was in safe hands the whole time.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Have been here a few times and Liz, the imaging practitioner (hope I got her title right) is amazing. She is positive, polite and just a pleasure to be around, she has a way of putting a smile on people's faces and puts everyone at ease. Thanks for the great experience!

Edinburgh Clinic is excellent. Staff are friendly. My GP kept messing me around - she is ALWAYS on "annual leave" - and so I made an appointment here. I got sent for an immediate blood test which, to cut a long story short, enabled my condition to be determined and treated.

relaxed ,efficient and proffesional.
I had eye skin tag removal,painless and quick in and out in a hour.

I had both legs treated for Varicose Veins. It was a very relaxed atmosphere in beautiful surroundings at the Edinburgh Clinic.
The staff were amazing and I was extremely well taken care of and kept informed of my procedure and aftercare.

My experience at the Edinburgh clinic was lovely. I was scheduled for surgery early in the morning and from the moment I went in the staff were there for me every step of the way. Nurse Bruce was probably the one of the nicest nurses I have met and she made sure everything was ok after my operation. I cannot thank the staff on shift more for their help

I have only been in for a consultation so far but a warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful . Comfortable surroundings.

Mr Tatham is an exceptional Eye Surgeon who has treated my Glaucoma with great success.
His advice, care and surgical attention have been excellent.
The Edinburgh Clinic provides first rate care and is extremely well managed. It is very well staffed with polite professional nurses & the health support teams.

I honestly did not know what to expect prior to my cataract procedure at the Edinburgh Clinic, but I can honestly say that I cannot fault my experience there. From the helpful and friendly reception staff, to the nurses and ophthalmic consultant, everyone was supportive and caring. I felt totally informed and supported about my treatment options at all times. The outcome was more than I could have hoped for and, at 89 years old, my sight has been restored. Many thanks to all involved.

My experience at The Edinburgh Clinic has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and you immediately feel at ease walking into the grand building - a pleasant change from the usual clinical feel of the average Doctors Surgery!

Went to see Dr Dickson after years of back and forward from my local GP. On the first appointment she ordered the necessary blood tests which have allowed me to make progress with my health for the first time. Wish I had gone to her sooner rather than the years wasted going to my NHS GP's who refuse to carry out necessary tests and instead opt to diagnose a 'syndrome' and provide unnecessary medication.

Will definitely use this service again.
