Really felt like the were wanted to find the best possible place for me

Alana was so helpful, I was searching for accommodation to visit a friend, and stumbled on the website, she called minutes after I made an enquiry on the website and explained there was a big gig on in Edinburgh on our dates so demand and cost was high, this helped in searching areas not as near to the venue, but still good links to the centre. Very knowledgeable, brilliant follow up when each hotel got back to my enquiry. Would definitely use again!!

Old-school website, great service!
I looked for a 2-month stay in Edinburgh, and received great help from the Edlets staff. They suggested various apartment for me and my family, and helped negotiate the price on the place we decided on. You do pay (quite a bit if it's a long stay, I think) for this, but when traveling from overseas I think it was worth it for the security!

The booking process has been straightforward. Staff are helpful. Haven't experienced the actual stay yet.
