I have been searching for an apartment for a 5 week trip to Edinburgh, Scotland. I visited many different sites trying to find the perfect place. Several that I looked at were not available, and it was becoming rather discouraging. Of all the sites that I visited, Edlets was the only one to call me to see if they could help with finding accommodations. Somehow, I lucked out, and was contacted by Alana, at Edlets. She was wonderful! I can only comment on service so far, since we will not be arriving in Scotland until December, but so far I am impressed with Edlets. If there are any issues, I will be doing another review letting fellow travelers know about my experience. However, based on what I have seen so far, I expect that the apartment will be great!

I have used Edlets on many occasions dating back years. They always have excellent properties for holiday let at reasonable cost. I always find myself going back to check them out each time I visit Edinburgh. I’ve never had any problem with them.

I sent out many enquiries for different rooms.
I was then called and asked what exactly I was looking for by a staff from Edlets, who afterwards assisted me while waiting for the responses of the landlords. I was sent a few other options, which I had not enquired yet and found the room I ended up staying in. Thank you!

Staffs are helpful and patient, I have requested an offer to change the date of arrival and everything's made simple.

Best website ever , easy to book ,easy to communicate . I strongly recommend for short stay or long stay .

The staff at Edlets were really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't receive the requests they had sent to my email but 9nce i rang, they redirected the requests immediately. Would recommend Edlets!

Very bad experience and disappointed for the property! The place not clean, the door, floor, wall are crash or damaged. The hot water temperature instability, shower sprinkles water very weakness.
We booked for one month but really unacceptable so we only stayed one night.
After that we told landlord we were moved out and won’t return to the property and request refund, then he has many excuse and rejected. He cancelled my booking in edlets and ask me return the key by post.
But I think it is unreasonable why I need pay the delivery charge so I go back to the apartment for return the key. But unfortunately the landlord replaced the door lock…
I fully paid for one month and he don’t refund, that mean we have the right for in or out to this property within my booking period even I don’t want to live there, why he can cancel my booking and changed the lock?!

We have used Edlets a number of times over the years and they have always been efficient and the apartments have lived up to their billings. Their staff have been helpful and courteous. It has been a pleasure to do business with them.

The staff at Edlets were very friendly and helpful. It is sometimes a bit confusing between talking to Edlets employees and the managers/owners of the properties when trying to reserve dates. Overall, very good service from Edlets.
