I submitted the below after finding I’d been subscribed without knowing. I contacted customer services to request a refund and had it actioned swiftly without challenge.
The goddess course is good and I want to keep it I just didn’t want to subscribe. Therefore I’ve raised my review from
1-3.

Purchased the goddess course and now find myself subscribing £20 a month. Incredibly misleading - I’m usually quite on top of this stuff.
Requested a refund! Avoid!!!!

I purchased a courseon eduelle and was left with a monthly subscription through Edzen. I cancelled on eduelle but somehow the subscription continued thorugh edzen.

As a single mother I am highly disappointed that for just wanting to take part in 1 specific course I directly signed up for a monthly subscription, leaving me now with 90$ of expenses instead of 15$ for this course PLUS more time to cancel while I already have 1000 things on my mind... Avoid!

The platform and courses are seriously awesome! I need more time to discover purchased course but so far 100% worth it.
A big shoutout to Sophie - she helped me with a small issue and was beyond kind and patient. She responded super fast and got everything sorted in no time.

I had a question and got a reply within an hour. We went back and forth a couple of times and my problem was fixed.
Olivia was awesome, super quick and helpful.
