We got off to a bit of a ropey start as i didn't like the original sales people. Annoying and pushy but they did send a different person when i explained how i felt.
Our windows and doors have just been fitted and i have to say they were great. Fast, tidy and they did a really excellent job. The windows look great and excellent quality so thats why they get 5.

Good communication from getting a quote to carrying out the work.
We had back door to house replaced plus a couple of blown windows in our conservatory. Work completed was very professional, no issues. I would recommend EE Glazing.

Tony and Tom from EE glazing carried out an excellent job on my conservatory. I wasn’t ready for them so they helped to clear the area. They were friendly and kept me informed of progress and cleared up after the work. This is the second time EE Glazing have done work for me. They replaced windows and doors on my house last year and im happy to recommend them

They where quick and very professional right from sales to fitting

The fitters where very helpful and tidy , leaving no damage round the windows so no redecorating needed.

Good quality product at a good price, The workmen were very efficient, and dealt with a few minor issue with no problems. There was a problem with a faulty glass panel, but eeglazing replaced it quickly and with no fuss.

EE Glazing have done a great job for me. They installed a front door and a couple of windows a couple of months ago and I’ve just had them back to replace my kitchen window and my living room patio door, they’ve done an excellent job with good quality materials and cleaned up as they went along. They’ve been very good at working with me to replace a couple of items at a time as I’m not able to place one large order.

All went well in the end but it took a number of weeks to resolve. None of the problems were of EEGlazings making and the overall appearance and attention to detail are superb as this was a one-off order. Would go back to them again.

I believe this company to be honest, have within the company very professional staff. Pat was very patient and delivered a quality product.

Had my front & back door replaced as they were loose, the front door rattled when the wind blew & the back door wouldn't stay shut unless locked. The difference with my new ones is amazing, they fit even better than my old doors when they were first fitted. The locks & letterbox bring it all together. The help I got when looking was very good to & so many choices of doors & colours. The staff were all so friendly as well as so helpful. Got 3 keys for each door was helpful too rather than 2 you usually get. Definitely feel they the 5 stars I gave them.

Finally, the incredible duo Mark and Brad Carter, who fitted our windows. Their standard of work, attention to detail plus being so incredibly friendly but professional has left us with being so immensely impressed with EE Glazing. This company's work and ethics are exemplary.

New Windows &doors

Big Thank you to Martin and Reece our install team, performed so well, replacing the remaining 4 x windows and back door. This was their 2nd visits to us, as in August 2026 they installed 3 x windows to start the replacement of the 30+ years old windows. They were polite and hard working throughout the 2 days they were working here. Did love a cup of tea and we kept them supplied throughout the day lol. Thanks to Simon for the care and attention to provide the quote. Would recommend the EE Glazing Team to supply and deliver a quality service.

Fitters were punctual efficient and courteous. It was an easy process from begining to end. We are happy with our windows and very pleased with the price.

Canvasser was cheerful and gave basic details, salesman was good and advised of the cost. Chap called round and took measurements and sorted out a fitting date. All done within a month. Very efficient. Fitting team were first class,Mick, Justin & Lewis(Luis) good attention to detail.

DO NOT USE EE GLAZING .26 August new Door was fitted. 26 August same day I reported problems by email and provided photographs showing damage to both the door and frame. I was advised that the necessary parts would be ordered. 30 August The door became impossible to open. As the office was closed, I spoke to the salesman. A fitter attended 4 days later to get the door open. He identified that the frame was twisted and advised that it could not be rectified that day. I then spoke to the office via telephon, who advised that the door needed to be removed and refitted. 10 September Fitters attended. When I asked whether the door was being removed and refitted, I was advised that adjustments to the hinges and latches should resolve the issues, so the door was not refitted. After the fitters left, it was clear that the frame and door were still twisted.
12 September Just two days after the latest attendance, the door has failed again causing further damage. The top right-hand side of the door is sitting approximately 4–5mm proud of the frame, but flush on the left. When the door is closed I can see the door is not sealing against the door seal. The latches and locks are also not sitting straight or flush with the door.when the door fails it jams shut and will not open causing safety issue. After speaking to the office over the phone I was told that the contract voided the consumer rights act 2015. I looked at the contract at it states this contract does not affect your consumer rights. However when requesting a refund and removal of the door they refuse to do so. And insist on sending a fitter out for more repairs. Still not resolved. For the amount we payed for the door and the poor finish to the paint and fitting I feel any further repairs are unacceptable. the lack of reply’s and strait answers from them I would not recommend anyone use this company. Find a local fitter that you can communicate with.

A great service overall from the initial meeting with Zoe, surveyor arrived on time as arranged and the installation team led by Jack, when it was identified that the work would take longer than planned a second team was sent to provide support.
Very pleased with the products, particularly two new front doors in addition to the windows. Well done and many thanks.
