Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff......Darren, Simon, Cameron and Oli. Fitted 10 window units in less than a full day. Cleared up and hoovered everywhere . Would reccommend.

EE Glazing Ltd fitted 13 uPVC windows to our home. Initial communication was good with follow up visits from sales and a surveyor. On 22nd April a team of three fitters arrived with a view to fitting all the windows in one day. Unfortunately there was an error with the order so only 12 windows were fitted. Sadly this is where our experience of EE Glazing deteriorated. The fitters treated our house like a building site with little or no respect for our home. A few dust sheets were scattered over some areas of carpet but minimal effort was made to protect our property from dust and mess. At one point I saw one of the fitters sat on the window sill in our bedroom with his shoes resting on the duvet on our bed. A little later I saw the arms of our garden chair being used as a ladder, so the fitter could seal an outside window, nearly falling as it tipped over when he stepped down. Care was sacrificed for speed and this was emphasised by the damage that was caused through window removal and the tentative steps they took to clear up at the end of the day. In my opinion an unnecessary amount of damage was caused to the window surrounds. This damage was hidden with various widths of white plastic depending upon the amount of damage that was caused. Most of our windows have 600mm strips of plastic down the sides! One window was so badly damaged it had to be re-plastered, on another day by their building team.
The final window was fitted on a later date by Tony. What a difference! He took care over the window removal, minimal damage was caused, and he fitted the new window perfectly. He cleaned up and left no evidence that he'd been there other than a new uPVC window. So it can be done well! Overall the windows appear to be of good quality, they look good from the outside and if you can negotiate your way through the sales pitch, achieve a price you are happy with and get the right fitter, your experience could be much better than ours! EE Glazing, you have some work to do!

We had Josh pop in and give us a very competitive quote for full glazing, no pressure to go with EE and we were happy with the price.
Darren, Simon and Cameron turned up to install the windows and were very professional and explained the process. They completed the work in a day and a half and were happy to repair a little small damage to the render that they had missed, they cleaned up after themselves and left our house as they found it. A great team who worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t leave untill we were fully satisfied with the job. Many thanks 👍

An initial sales person knocked on our door offering to book a quote appointment, by offering funds to recycle existing window and giving 50% discount claim. He also said, he was on commission payment to 'organise' the appointment, only if I actually had the appointment.
Several calls to confirm quotation appointment.

The person who came to give the quote was not personable. He insisted I sit at the other end of my own living room, so I do not see his calculations about my windows. He told me what the original man at the door had said was a lie and then expected me to part with a £5K deposit. I made it clear whilst booking a quote appointment that I do not allow shoes on my carpet. This was ignored. In-between, there was this strange call to HQ to discuss the weather, whilst pretending to confirm the quote. Nothing provided in writing in terms of a quote or even breakdown of windows. I wasn't even shown a selection of types of windows.
When I said I would think about it, in thick black ink, the guy wrote OFFER DECLINED over the original flyer. That is what they left with me! When I questioned this, I was told. "After all we are a sales company." Something not quite right.
Do not entertain this company, especially if you are on your own.

Fantastic job, the four guys Darren Simon Cameron and Oli were very friendly and polite.
Even after a 2hr drve to get to us they worked solidly all day.
Can,t fault the work or the product.

Turned up at my mums house today and used the usual limited time offer push tactics and the ‘let me make a phone call’ which miraculously reduced the price by half. She had to tell them 4 times that she wasn’t going to do it and to leave, eventually saying she was going out. Shameful.

Excellent service from sales and the surveyor. Installation date of my choice. Installation took two days and done by Jack and TJ. The lads were great, friendly and did an amazing job.

The guys are just finishing off and what a lovely job they have done. The new colour of the front windows looks fabulous. Everything is cleared up with no mess.

Had a knock on the door from a man who seemed fairly pleasant. We do have a sign on our door stating no door sales, but as we have been considering updating our doors and windows anyway, we agreed to a call back from the office this evening. Within minutes of the guy leaving, my husband's phone was already ringing but he couldn't take the call at that moment. Within two minutes of the missed call, the sales guy was knocking on our door again with the office on the phone and told them to call my husband again. We were a bit surprised at the pushy approach to get him on the phone with the office so quickly - not only is it a bank holiday, the sign on our door was ignored and we have a newborn. We had a look online and noticed the company isn't local to us, plus the reviews didn't provide us with much confidence. I rang to cancel the visit they'd arranged on the second phone call (again, we both felt like it had been pushed on us to agree to someone coming to our home so quickly). When I spoke to the office, the man I spoke to went straight into defensive mode when I listed the above reasons for wanting to cancel. I genuinely can't believe how rude he was, especially as they've been doing door to door visits, it really doesn't make a good impression. The way he spoke to me tells me everything I need to know about the company. We have neighbours on our road who scheduled visits from this company too, who were grateful to be warned of how I was spoken to. Based on this interaction this morning, I absolutely would not recommend this company.

It is May 2026 and this company has booked appointments with me 3 times since January 2026 to quote for new porch and each time they haven’t bothered to show up with no apology or explanation wasting my time on each occasion. Beginning to think these are fraudsters.

Cold calling, pressure-sale tactics were used, giving no time to consider or get other quotes. False information was given to us to lure us in for a in home quote. Aggressive when we said we needed more time to consider. Price paid was very high compared to competitors. Promised certain things, that were not delivered. Some of the staff were extremely rude. Was also added to a SMS group from EE glazing called 'Knobs of the world reunite'. They cancelled two appointments too. I have considered legal action. Worst company we have ever dealt with in decades. Strongly recommend avoiding.

I can confirm that this review does in fact relate to EE Glazing Ltd and this is a genuine customer experience. It was not posted in error. It is an accurate and factual account. I have comprehensive evidence and as mentioned above, I am considering legal action against your company. I have decided not to name the staff members at EE glazing or the staff member who added me to the ‘Knobs of the world’ group. Other customers were also added to this. I can provide evidence. The price paid was higher than competitors. I found this out after the job had been completed.

There are 3 parts to the story really.
1) the initial contact - a guy left me a leaflet, didn't give it the hard sell, was very polite - that left an impression on me.
2) I contacted them, they said would be no pressure but would be two prices when the salesman would arrive- one to do the deal immediately and another price that would be good for a year. Be prepared, when those prices are SO different, it might surprise you so might be good to have other quotes (or research) so you know what you want to pay.
3) The installation - two men (Gary/Duncan) took a day for each of my two bow windows (6 windows each). No short-cuts, proper structural support and a great finish. One more day for the more straightforward windows. I am very happy with the product and have had a lot of compliments from my neighbours.

Update 27/7
Since my installation I have tolerated several sales calls talking about cash back to me if friends use them to numerous nuisance calls to me offering me discounts for more work which resulted in a rather unpleasant experience on Saturday (25/7) Usual friendly patter then offer of the best deal, then asked how many windows I might want to do - when I said 2 or 3 he abruptly said, well is it 2 or 3? When I said does it matter, he responded with I will take you off the list and hung up.

I have spent over £10k and this Is how you treat advocates and good customers. I was livid and kind of ironic after what I said at the outset. I have removed a star

We’re absolutely delighted with our new windows and couldn’t be happier with the service from EE Glazing.

From start to finish, the whole experience has been fantastic. Jack, who came out to provide our quote, was genuinely lovely, friendly, honest, and refreshingly not at all pushy. There was none of the usual sales pitch or pressure, just clear, straightforward advice and a very competitive price. We’d been thinking about getting this done for years and had received several quotes, but we chose EE Glazing because of how genuine and trustworthy he was.

Everything moved quickly and smoothly from there. A fitting date was arranged without a long wait, the payment process was simple, and the entire installation was completed in just one day.

A huge thank you to Darren, Simon, Cameren, and Jack. They were all absolutely brilliant. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. They were also incredibly respectful of our house, our belongings, and even our cats. They kept everything really tidy throughout the day and made sure everything was cleaned up properly before they left, which we really appreciated.

We’re so, so pleased with the end result and honestly couldn’t recommend EE Glazing highly enough!
