Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I spoke to the lady for the first time, but she told me that she had already explained the matter to me four times, which was completely untrue.

When I told her that I found her behaviour unprofessional, she responded by saying that I needed to be professional because she is a woman. I found this response very inappropriate and unnecessary.

I was simply asking questions about the passport service because I was considering paying £190. There was no reason to speak to me in such a rude and dismissive manner.

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Staff are really rude unprofessional please avoid and much better to go in the consulate they charge The admin fee but still in rush answer are so confusing

I had a very bad experience with E-Facilitation centre on Romford Road. The staff is very rude and unprofessional in dealing. They spoke in derogatory tone and showing inconvenience in asking questions. They don't have sense of professionalism or ethics. The staff members were rolling their eyes while I was talking.
I felt disrespectful and frustrated in the whole process because of their lack of interest. I honestly forbid all the honourable people to visit them if they want not to be treated disrespectfully.

Super fast professional 5* service brother Omar and Nauman very helpful applied for NICOP cards for the family super fast service received ID card within 3 working days. Would use them again and would highly recommend them to all my families and friends.

Visited the shop last week and was greeted very professionally. Applied for my visa and was told everything will be submitted on time as i was travelling on the 27th of Feb which gave me just under 2 weeks. Within one week my visa had arrived. They kept in touch with me regularly to update me. great service, will highly recommend to friends and family.

Received a sincere peace of advice for applying ID card instead of visa. Found great disciplined person. Charged a very nominal services fee and saved our day to travel the embassy.
