Despite working through the most atrocious weather throughout the two months of the exterior insulation project at our Parish Hall , Gabrian and his team at Efficient Build provided exceptional service throughout. They went "above and beyond" at every point of the project - and Gabrian's communication with us at every step ensured that no assumptions were made, and in turn, no mistakes were made either. They took as much care as possible in limiting disturbance to customers who were hiring the hall, working around the hires when they had particularly noisy parts of the project. Despite being "the most difficult building" they have ever worked on (it was very challenging!) the end result continues to be admired and appreciated by everyone in the village. Thank you !

I highly recommend Efficient Build Ltd for rendering work and wish them well with their future business success. Ciprian and his team have done a fantastic job rendering our house. From the start to the finish, Ciprian was an extremely polite and courteous communicator. He kept to the prices in his quote, and when there were occasional slight incidents he fixed them immediately and even fixed and replaced a few extra things as a kind gesture. The team worked extremely hard and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, with every spot and minor imperfection attended to. In an industry where it is hard to know who to trust, I am so pleased to find such a highly professional company.

Efficient build did a great job on my property and it looks perfect from the outside. Many people have commented on it as it looks like a new house. Ciprian was very polite and thorough when checking the property and took time answering questions. He was always available via phone or text and answered promptly. The workmen were excellent, they always arrived on time, cleared up any mess and kept everything tidy. They were very polite and hardworking. I would definitely recommend this company.

I recently had external wall insulation installed by Efficient Build Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. The team is tidy and ensures the work area is always clean and organized. The team is punctual, polite and respectful- quite unlike other trades people I must say.
They were very accommodating to my requests and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied at every stage. It’s clear that Ciprian and his team are really keen to please their customers. I am very happy with the communication I had with them before, during and after the project. I am also extremely pleaed with the end result now my house is warm and looks great. I had made a presumptuous request two weeks after I have fully paid and Ciprian did went back to complete the task without any hesitation.

We used Efficient Build at the end of our build project to render the house. Having worked over the last year with an array of trades, I can say they are by far a cut above the rest. They completely removed any 'builders' anxiety I developed throughout our build project, and the finish is extremely high quality. We had a couple of snags (not down to Ciprian’s team) and the team found solutions and wouldn't stop until we were 100% happy with the outcome. There was no nonsense, any issues they sorted. Great communication. Hats off to the Ciprian and the team. If Carlsberg did Rendering....

From the outset Ciprian was very clear in his quotation and providing samples for the work and in responding to our detailed analysis and questions about the quote and the process which would be followed. Ciprian was very flexible with the lead time to get the work started and was happy to work around our holiday commitments.
The site team (Lucien & Mikita) were meticulous in applying protection to our property - windows, doors, drive, patio paving etc. The alterations to external services (soil pipes, gas pipe, boiler flue, rainwater pipes) were all dealt with in the first week with very little disruption.
The work took a little longer than anticipated but the site team didn't rush things or try to cut corners. At every stage the attention to detail was excellent and we were happy to get suggestions about details as work progressed. The team were on site Monday - Friday 8 until 6 and Saturdays until mid afternoon. We were fortunate with the weather and only lost one afternoon to heavy rain. Communication with Ciprian or Andrei was good with contact almost daily and we were able to talk through any immediate site issues with Lucien who was very accommodating.
The work is inherently messy with polystyrene granules from preparing the boards to fit the existing pebble dash at first, then droppings from the render base coats and finish coat. But at the end of every day time was spent sweeping up and cleaning down, leaving site, tools and equipment clean for the next day.
We are very happy with the finished job.

Ciprian and his team of hard workers have done a great job and transformed our home with exterior insulation. They moved everything off the walls, protected our property grounds whilst the work was being carried out and left the area tidy every day before they left. The guys were extremely polite and rarely stopped. Would highly recommend anyone give Ciprian and his team a call, if you are looking for exterior insulation.

I cannot recommend Efficient Build enough. I had a number of quotes for external insulation, and while EB were not the cheapest, they were competitive and very clear in their quote, not to mention extremely accommodating to various nuances around our property.
Firstly - Ciprian. From the moment we met I felt confident in his knowledge and reasoning for the project. He wasn’t pushy, but highlighted some things I needed to think about (windowsills, facia boards, guttering etc). He provided some good solutions to issues we encountered, was clear and kept in contact with us throughout the project. He was very patient with me and my family, accommodating a long wait time before the project could begin and some indecisiveness about what I actually wanted and needed. Scaffolding and skip hire was promptly arranged so works could begin, and as soon as works were sign off, they were just as promptly arranged to be collected. Minimal disruption throughout.
Next - Adi and Johny, who actually completed the work. I’ve never known workmen like it! They arrived promptly every morning at 8am and left usually around 5/6pm. They were a delight, working so hard, never tiring or taking extended breaks. Our neighbours all commented on how friendly they were. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took great pride in the work they did. The little touches around the property - moving all pipework, electrics, not to mention some small kindnesses that we wouldn’t have even thought of. At the end, I’m pretty sure they left most of the areas in a cleaner state than they found them! They were quiet throughout the day, polite at all times, and not a grumble to be heard. I truly hope that they were as happy to turn up to our project as we were to have them.
The end result from Efficient Build is incredible. They’ve left us with a beautiful property, which is now well insulated and rendered to perfection. It has really motivated us to continue with our house projects.

Cyprian and his team did a superb job of rendering my house. There was only one wall to be done but this did not appear to be too little for Cyprian. The team were on time, efficient and tidy. The final finish is excellent and the scaffolding and portaloo were removed promptly.

Excellent experience. We used Efficient Build to have the whole house insulated from outside and rendered. Ciprian and his team were absolutely amazing. We was kept upto date and explained everything along the way by Ciprian himself. Aways on time and worked very hard all days, always leaving things clean and tidy before they left. Very polite, friendly and trustworthy and went about therr jobs in a professional manner. Everything was left to a high and clean standard on completion. Our house was looking very tired and with having solid walls, it was always very cold and damp inside. The house now looks amazing and we are already seeing the benefits inside since having it done. They really have done a absolutely fantastic job in which we are very very pleased with and I would very much recommend Efficient Build to anyone who is looking to have any insulation / Render etc done. 😊😁

From Start to finish the whole project was delt with professional courtesy.
The project was extremely Stress free and all the boys were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail from scaffolding to cleaning up was a breath of fresh air.
