The 3 worklads ( Euan, Lewis and Damian) were very pleasant men, explained clearly what they were to do and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves very well.

Excellent work.very friendly workforce.cleaned up when work was completed.extremely informative during time on site.

Our loft thermofoil installation was done professionally. Team on time, hard workers.

From survey to finish loft insulation was 10 out of 10. There was a problem with old insulation but the guys explained the additional time the job would take and cracked on with no complaint and worked into the evening to finish a great job.

The people involved, from Clive Rossier who made the initial "Loft Report on 26/1/26, to the 2 Installers of Superfoil, on 6/2/26; Ricky being the lead installer.

Penguin arrived 5 1/2 hours late due to a flat tyre I was updated they would be late

My wet room had numerous flies and dust which had come through spotlights in ceiling

The way those 2 chaps done the job was very clean and thorough. Done in a day, all rubbish removed. I recommend Penguin Homes any time.

Very detailed conversation with your agent. Explained everything in a way we understood. Workmen were very good. They cleaned up very well after they had finished.

First of all the sales person was not a sales person, he gave us all the facts, which in this case spoke for themselves. On fitting day the guys turned up as promised, at the time agreed and got to work. I had a huge worry regarding removal of the old insulation of fibreglass particles flying everywhere, but no, they had it well under contol, and did a first class job. The temperature in our loft is now an average of 14 degees and a moisture level around 50% where as before is was 99%.

The whole procedure including the initial survey was carried out with speed and efficiency. The two installers arrived on time and carried out the installation without any upheaval to ourselves. We would thoroughly recommend this company.Loft

Having the team strip the foam out from the roof of my loft and replace it with Rockwall was our best move. The teamwork was brilliant, and the foam removal was quick and clean, with the rockwall installation done in no time at all.

Everything was explained. The installation team were good. I can go into the loft space without having to rush. It’s not cold up there.
