Wonderful experience!

What an amazing experience with EF tours on our high schools from Paris to Barcelona! Dave was our EF tour director and what a professional he was. He was able to connect with the kids and they learned so much about European history in a fun and exciting way!

Well-organized/efficient communication/updates from guide/ trustworthy & safe. Our students felt safe during their entire 10 day experience!

Overall our trip was great and our tour guide Elliot was fantastic. I found there were some decisions made that were not well received and I don't think it's the fault of EF. A lot of the trip was centred around shopping and I feel like we could have done more things authentic to the area rather than eating at a strip malls and visiting a shopping mall.

Our tour guide, Milos, was an amazing member of our travelling group! We were well looked after the entire time. His attention to safety and knowledge was 100%. My only suggestion would be review flight plan options with the group as we would have preferred to return travel as one group rather than two. Our group had a 28 hour return travel day with three connections. The other group was 22 hour and only two connections.

Travel was great, our TD Dejana was fantastic but the hotels and food at the hotels were not great. Overall experience was good.

My daughter had an incredible experience with EF Tours! Everything from the organization to the execution was seamless. Transportation and accommodations were well handled, and overall, it truly was a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

The only area for improvement would be the dinners included in the package. Unfortunately, most of the students struggled to enjoy the meals offered to them. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved in the future to better match the overall quality of the experience.

Our guide was amazing. She was there for us, she was patient, she knew a lot of things, she has stories about each place we visited. The organisation was perfect, everything went well.

My daughter had an incredible trip. We are looking forward to be doing it again with her younger sibling. 😊

The trip was well planned out! We saw lots, learned a lot from our very informative and funny tour director Miruna, as well as from all the local guides. We had amazing weather and all!

Our tour guide was fantastic. She made it so great. We loved the places that we visited and the amount of free time we got as well as the guided tours. It made the trip go very well!

Good communication from the team. My son got to experience a wide variety of locations with well managed tours.

Everything was great and well planned. The tour guide Milos was phenomenal! It was educational and relaxing. The food was great. There was enough free time to explore in between excursions. Over all a wonderful experience!

My daughter had an amazing trip to France with EF Tours Canada. Their website was easy to use and they were fanastic with all communication.

We had an amazing tour guide. Moona was her name. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. Unfortunately the food was not great, throughout the trip. We had the same meal two days in arow. One of our hotels had cats in the dinning room, and the staff was not friendly. We also missed out on seeing one of our sites due to poor planning.

There was no breakfast provided on day one; after spending two days in an airport to get to France and have to wait all day to eat. There should have been some boxed breakfast for them.
Some of the tours were not pre-booked resulting in no tour of the place, just a drive by or walk around.

Travel plans from the school to the airport changed multiple times with very little notice. This was something that should have been dealt with and for the price we paid taken care of well in advance. My son enjoyed it once he got there but the travel and early flight times out of an airport 2.5 hours away impacted their first day with being so tired.tour guide was amazing.
