Our tour director was well informed and great with the students. Unfortunately, we were paired with a group who had a senior citizen along who was not physically capable of keeping up with the pace. She was demanding and expected us to wait for her, along with expecting our TD to carry her bags and cater to her. It was an unfortunate situation. My other complaint would be for the transfer between the Toronto airport and our hotel. No one met us once we were back in Canada and we were told to take the shuttle to the hotel. After waiting two hours because the shuttle was always full, we had a driver who felt bad for us and skipped one of the terminals so he could grab us. I had travelled with EF on many tours and have never experienced either of those situations before.

Activities was entertaining and interesting and free time was great!
The meals that was included was terrible and because of that our kid had to buy extra food for the evening or use door dash, which costed a lot of extra money! In my opinion meals should not be included in the price of the trip, if it’s poor choices given to the kids!! Majority of the kids didn’t eat the supper that was provided!

My daughter was disapointed that they spent too much time travelling because there was too many countries to see on the tour. Also, maybe in future keep it to 2 countries as th er e is so much to see in each one. Aldo, eating hotel every breakfast and supper is not the idea of discovering the culture and cuisine of the region. Too much time on historical and not enough free time and exploring the towns. Not enough time in Italy, way too much time in Germany. Too expensive for kids to sit on buses and eating in hotels. She would not do it again. She has travelled before to other European countries and this was not a repeat exper

It was about $2000 CAD more than expected with all the add-ons, spending, tips and meals that weren't covered. Too much down time to wander and not nearly enough time to explore the Louve. For the meals, the portions were cery small and the food (pasta, pizza, meatballs) was not tasty. If there's a food allergy your substitute dessert is just an apple.

Well the trip was made out as one thing vs what the students experienced. My daughter was very disappointed as they (unsure of name) told us we were supposed to see the Eiffel at night as well as take the boat tour in the evening and were unable to due to the tour guide and the location of the hotel from Paris. They included the Notre dame Cathedral and apparently there was a service at the time they visited and couldnt enter because it was Easter why did nobody think about this? It was supposed to be included in the trip. It was told to us that if everybody wanted to go to the opera in Rome (I believe) they could go. We took extra money out for it and were so excited to have that experience but didnt go due to another school in Saskatchewan not wanting to. That is very unfair to the students that wanted to go this might have been the only opportunity for them to go and i didnt think it was all schools in i thought it would be just their school which was agreed upon before even going. I was very unhappy with what I paid for and what we got and then had to pay for all these extras ( boat, going up the tower, cathedral entrances, Opera ECT) and they still were unable to experience it. Probably won't do this again. Very disappointing

Both Dominic and Steve were fantastic tour guides that connected well with our students! Made for a great experience for all.

I was impressed with EF from the moment our experience began! Everything was organized perfectly thanks to our amazing tour guide, Izabela. She was wonderful and so flexible. She stayed with our group extras days due to the airline strike. EF stepped up BIG time to make sure our unexpected extra days went smooth.

My daughter went for her school trip to Iceland. The trip was top notch with fantastic experience and incredible guides. They really stepped up when there was big storm that grounded all flights in and out of Iceland. They covered all the extra costs, planned more activities, and made the experience wonderful. I highly recommend EF tours!

The tour was great but the hotel selection for the last 3 days in Athens could have been better. We stayed in a much nicer place the first night in Athens so not sure why we didn’t go back there. Also the flights were terribly planned.m by EF. The other two groups flew direct out of Montreal to Athens however we were bounced all over the place. Took 36 hours to get home!! This all could have been avoided by flying us out of Montreal.

Amazing trip. Best one out of the 4 I've been on. Hotels were great, the EF guide was outstanding (which is the norm to be honest), itinerary was fantastic and Greece is always beautiful. Best food yet, every meal was substantial and appreciated by the students, some buffet format, some served at the table, all was eaten. EF also did a good job supporting those with food allergies.

Five stars. I was very nervous letting my child go on a trip at 15 but the organization of educational tours made it a lot less stressful. My daughter had such a great time.

EF tours was excellent. They had everything organized, hotels and restaurants were great. All of the excursions were well planned. They provided city transit passes so the travellers could explore the city during their free time with ease. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. I would definitely book another trip through EF tours!

Accommodations were very bad. Kids coming home with bed bugs is not okay

The kids had a fantastic time.The flights were a little bit of a hiccup when they first left.But other than the trip went fantastic.Thank you very much

It was an amazing trip from start to finish...our guide Memo (Domenico) was so knowledgeable about every place we visited in Italy and so good with our students....they have been coming into my office and still talking about him since we've been back.

For the most part the trip was amazing for my son. However we as parents rated a 1 star for the food. My son said the portions where rather small for most of the breakfasts and supper and noted that one of the suppers he had the chicken was not cooked had to send it back.
