Quick response and good knowledge of the product.

Found the fitting instructions layed out was fine but the wiring on the product was about a 1m short. If it was someone that didn't know how lengthen it it would be a problem

I ordered the panopy on 29th of September, to be fitted at my home address, although this was more expensive, I thought it would be easier. I got a message to say it was delivered to the installer on the 12th of October and I would be contacted with an installation date. I didn’t hear anything for a week so I decided to chased it up. I was told that the hoist that they use to lift the canopy into place was allegedly broken and I would have to take the vehicle to a workshop to be fitted, I would be contacted with the details. Another 4 days went by and no one contacted me so again I had to chase it up. I was given the details as to where to take the vehicle for fitting and would be contacted by them. A few more days went by and again no one contacted me. I chased it again and finally managed to get an appointment for the 1st of November so all and all over a month to get it done and a lot of stress.
Yes, the product is great but EGR are not very good at keeping their customers informed or apologising in any way for all the delays and stress they’ve caused.

EGR was extremely helpful with sourcing a key for us to suit a canopy that the client had lost. Took a bit of time for response to emails, but they are on the other side of the country to me. They did go to great lengths to ensure that keys were functional. I will have no hesitation in dealing with them again

No drill install, best design I’ve found so far and suits my EGR hard lid, Quick delivery. I’ve tried other cheaper options with no luck.

Terrible. EGR premium canopy purchased for 2019 Ranger. Rear window has never closed properly and looks ajar. Rear window as it doesn’t close properly won’t lock after approximately 1 year of ownership. After complaining to TJM who provided and installed it, they couldn’t really fix the issue and assured me it was standard. After no response from EGR I accepted a dud and hated my canopy.
I received a complete new canopy from EGR just before I reached 2 years of ownership as the rear left corner developed a crack.
The new canopy had the exact same fittting issues as the first. Poor rear window fitting, operation and after 1 year doesn’t lock.
Very poor quality.
