I ordered 2 products , invoice total for payment stated one price , then when payment taken it was more money and it was free shipping and tax was also shown on invoice , so fraud !!!!!
Not responding !!!!!!

Delivery a bit late but very happy with my purchase

Great product, ordering was easy.

Happy with the product but it took longer than i.d like for the delivery.

I've now been waiting 9 weeks and still haven't received my order! These people are despicable. What a load of rubbish. Making money out of people without remorse. They should be closed down.

Ordered mini looms, advertised they came with threads & instructions….. after waiting weeks, eventually arrived, just looms, nothing else, so waste of money

Ordered a game for my kids, it hasn’t arrived 6w later. They have said it’s only just shipped. When I ordered they charged me £7 more than what the checkout total was, the money just came straight off my bank card at a different value (I paid in gbp and it came off my card in gbp). They have said they’ve refunded the difference but haven’t and now won’t acknowledge my emails. Absolute joke of a company. I would not recommend as you won’t get your item and you’ll be charged more than the total checkout (inc shipping) amount.

Ordered in October, still not received anything, just get generic templated responses that all say something different in relation to the hold up, and received a tracking reference that doesn't work. Possible scam.

Ordered a cat cave bed, contacted them after 4 weeks as not received it. They replied saying they had sent another one out. After 3 weeks I contacted them saying I was entitled to a refund. No reply, no cat bed, no refund. They came up on facebook. Beware of this company. I am looking into how I can report them.

I would like to give minus stars but I can’t. Ordered a product 2/9/25, it’s now 7/11/25 and no closer to being delivered. Originally something was posted from America to London. That sat in London for about 3 weeks. After multiple emails another one was dispatched, this time from China. That’s spent about 3 weeks not even making it out of the country yet. I email pretty much everyday just asking for a refund instead and I get the same nonsense responses of ‘we hope it will arrive soon’ ‘we believe you will love it’ and just refuse to give a refund. Absolutely terrible company that shouldn’t get a penny of your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My order ( a pair of shoes) has been cancelled i don't know why... They took the money from my card though... They don't answer to my emails.... If they don't put my money back today I will contact with my bank and my lawyer...

Poor quality item that didn't work. No response from two emails to Customer Support, so I left a review on their website. Only then did I get a response asking for more information (even though I'd included photos and description of issues in my emails to them). They've removed my review from their website, as it seems they only keep the 5 star ones on there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought yarn advent calender pictures looked good,what I received was absolutely awful. Looked as if I had some off cuts of yarn and stuffed them in a plastic tray. I would say avoid like the plague!

Extremely poor company to deal with . Item not as advertised and terrible quality!!
Quick response from them until they realised it was a complaint, now no response at all.
Also item took over 6 weeks to arrive

This company is bad I got a cooling blanket of them one had mould on it sent a email to ask for a refund the said there would send me a replacement if I wanted I said I didn't wanted a refund there e mailed me and said because I refused the replacement there will refund me 3 pounds keep well away from this company the

BEWARE !!!!! If I could leave less than one star for this company I would .... Scam company never received the item waited 1 month 3 weeks and still haven't received my item ...when you contact them for a refund they refuse when asked when I will receive parcel they don't know and also don't know which parcel carrier in the UK they have sent it with. Please don't buy from this company you wil never receive your goods, and you won't get your money bk!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

No tracking update since 04.07.2025 when it entered the UK this company comes up as a scam site on a website and rated 1 out of 100 all bad reviews on GB customers

I applied for the 49% discount and then another 5% discount popped up. I clicked on it. BIG MISTAKE. This negated my 49% discount and they are now refusing to refund me. This is deceptive and misleading behaviour and I will NEVER shop with them again.
