Very expensive and full of fake accounts. Excessive amount of scammers on the site. Contract is solid and there’s no way to get out of it. So once you’ve signed up, you’re stuck with wasting your money and time. You’ll have better luck hanging out at the local grocery store.

Eharmony carefully matches me with people that have a good vibe for me. Sometimes, my matches are a bit further away, but they still jive with me.

So far, enjoying the process. It would be more helpful to see who lives in or close to my area, without first having to pay. Otherwise, all is okay. Thanks.

Really easy to sign up and finding their site easy to navigate

Best of all the daring companies. I found someone quite compatible with me. Well organized and constantly giving compatible partners to meet. Very happy with the experience.

It is a rip off con artist company and app. They get you in with an “introductory offer” and then when you try to cancel a few weeks in, they hit you with a 2YEAR CONTRACT…if their app was good and successful - which it isn’t, why would they continue to charge you for years? Ridiculous. When you try to get help to cancel - they threaten you and send it to collectors. DO NOT USE EHARMONY.

eharmony is absolutely fraud!!! I paid 6 months, but when I got into my profile, it said I only paid 3 months.
I was so shocked! The site does not even has 3 months subscription!!! The worst dating app in the world!!!👎👎👎

Great program except that there are a few quirks to the program. I messaged a couple of prospective people but the conversation does not show up in the conversation section?

I actually found someone great on eharmony. I had signed up for a year subscription and even though I cancelled my account I was still responsible to pay my monthly fee. When I had a financial crisis this month due to unexpected loss of income and asked for them to consider forgiving the last four payments, there was no empathy shown and I am on the hook to pay them back.

Either the people on this site are extremely limited to choose from or something is wrong with their selection process. I'm searching across Canada 40-60 year olds, active, non-smoker, no kids and I'm getting smokers with 5 kids! Terrible site don't waste your money.

eHarmony tries to match you with people you would be suited to. Not like some other sites I have seen.

STAY AWAY. Extortion organization. They 'do not have a monthly plan' and will charge you upfront for a year. If you do not pay, they will send it to collections. The amount will increase arbitrarily with each email, each attempt. It is literally an extortion business now. Do not support them, do not sign up for their service.

Check the Better Business Bureau for more details; there was even a class action lawsuit against them in 2023, which can be found easily on google.

Absolutely appalling sales tactics need to secure several months of purchase promising loads of connections and best in class matchmaking services. You sign up, there no one… literally 2-4 profiles per weeks what a scam. Stay away unless you want to lose money and have them threaten you with no possibility of opting out, thieves oor quality and despicable.

I’ve been out of the country for 6 weeks and was so disappointed I could not log into eharmony.

I have found a lot of matches but I don't know how to contact them. Could you please let me know how to contact them?
