I have tried many many different sites for disposables and accessories for vaping, but I have to give the win to this site. I have gotten at least 3 orders w them in the past month or so. The team over at EJUICE STEALS are amazing, respectful, super helpful and friendly. Anytime I have ever had an issue with the actual product made by another company, they have still taken care of it. I highly recommend to try them out if you shop online or use any type of Vape’s!!!

I order some juice and a valerian 2 tank the package arrived soaked in vape juice because they accidentally cut into one of the bottles and they didn't send me my valerian 2 tank I called a week or 2 later and spoke with the owner he was very polite at 1st and offered to send me one in the mail they didn't have any in stock and asked me to call back around the same time the next day. I called back the next day and he told me he hadn't checked yet and would call me back he never called me back and has been ignoring my calls ever since worst customer service experience ever!

I'm impressed with Jane, she and management were very accommodating. I loved the nic salt and was amazed how fast the shipping was! I found my new favorite site for nic salts.

I have been ordering from ejuice steals for almost a year now. They have been nothing but great to me! I order $200+ packages. They have only messed up 2 orders, out of my 20+ packages I have ordered from them, and when I notified them with proof that they messed up they fixed it! Their prices are unreal if u want to be honest. The prices are so low you have to second guess if they are actually legit when u first buy. Well I took the chance, and they are absolutely legit. Great company! This is what the vape game should be looking up to.

Their non-closeout juice selection has great pricing, as well. I've ordered from this company 20+ times and my orders have always been delivered in a timely manner.

Their communication is great, which can't be said about most vapor retailers. They respond to email within 24 hours and actually answer the phone if you call them. I had a problem with one of my orders, and they went out of their way to fix the situation. Jane was supper polite and fixed my problem in under 5 minutes. Every company should have a Jane working for them.

Great shop all around! I ordered two bottles of juice in May, but the order got hung up in shipping for unknown reasons. After emailing the shop, they gave me a store credit. I was mildly happy with this solution, but here comes the awesome part: I went back to the ejuicesteals site to use my store credit and the same juice I'd ordered in May was now just $2.99/bottle. I was stunned at the low price, but admittedly dubious because the last order had failed to arrive. Still, I went ahead with the order because eight bottles of my favorite juice for less than half the price of ONE bottle was too much of a deal to pass up. Anyway, the new order came in record time, there were no leaks or issues with the juice. I got a great deal!! Overall, this is an awesome site with great customer service. They even offered me another discount code to write this review! (Just being honest, guys) I love saving money, so I'll be back to this site for sure. Thanks a lot!!

Discount juice is my main squeeze here. Always at least one year away from "freshness date". Steeping is required with some flavors. The nicotine quality is great. No degradation. CHEAP! BEST WAY TO TRY NEW FLAVORS, BRANDS, NIC STRENGTHS, PG-VG RATIO. Boy have they helped me expand my palette. Had a few mixups on the hardware side and a few duds, quick response time, easy communication, pic here and there, problem solved. My experience is top notch! Always at my door within 7 days with bare minimum shipping. I cant say enough good stuff about these guys! So i have read of a few experiences where everything was wrong and customer service either never replied or told them Too bad. !NOT ME! THEY EVEN ASK IF I WANT A NEW ONE SHIPPED OR REFUND? VERY POLITE, VERY FAST, VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
P.S. BUY SOME NIC AND WHEN THEYRE DISCOUNT JUICE HAS ZERO NIC BUY THAT AT AS LOW AS $.25 PER 30ML

Fine if you dont mind waiting weeks then only getting a portion of your order because they took too long to fill it.

I have ordered for a couple of years from E-Juice Steals and have only had 1 delay in shipping, when they were waiting for part of my order to be restocked. I contacted them and they sent the rest of my order immediately. Mike was super helpful and very apologetic. I always get my order quickly and it's always correct. Their prices are high on some things, but they have great clearance deals! I never worry about ordering from them.

I placed two orders from this company, one on 6/4 and one on 6/7. I had done a little research and saw very mixed reviews, some people saying it was a great deal and some people saying their name said it all - they would steal your money. I live in a state where a flavor ban is going into effect and most websites have already stopped shipping to me. So I decided to take my chances.
It took about 4 days for the first order to process - which was the high end of the estimate they gave on their site. Tracking info said it departed CA and would arrive in 5 days. For the next 5 days the only update I got was "in transit". The second order processed in 3 days and arrived in my city (other side of the country) in only 2 days. Tracking info showed during sorting it was sent to the wrong post office in another zip code. I went to the post office and they couldn't give me much info except to say it should turn up in a couple days (this wasn't the fault of the company, it was a USPS error).
So on 6/12, 8 days from when I had placed my first order, the first order was reading "in transit, arriving late" with no actual location and the second order hadn't been updated in 3 days, lost somewhere in USPS. I started having serious doubts about whether either order would arrive. Was this whole thing a scam? I looked up scams involving fake tracking numbers, the negative reviews flashing across my mind.
The next morning I checked the tracking app not expecting to see a change. Both packages were out for delivery! They arrived several hours later. My first order was missing one bottle but they had substituted a similar flavor, size, and nicotine content (which they say they will do if your order is missing something that's a clearance item). My second order was missing one bottle out of a two pack but the price i got it for was so low that I wasn't upset. All bottles were sealed and intact.
I'm not discounting that some people may have had negative experiences but in the end I was very satisfied with my orders from this company. The prices were so low I worried it was too good to be true; luckily that wasn't the case! Considering there's a pandemic going on and I'm on the other side of the country, a little over a week for shipping and processing isn't bad. I would definitely order from this company again!

TLDR: Processing/shipping took a little over a week, the negative reviews made me nervous but I got both my orders with one substitution and missing one bottle that I got on extreme clearance. I'm satisfied with their service and would order from them again. Thank you ejuicesteals!

I really appreciate their customer service. They are super nice and will make things right if You’re not happy. It’s hard to find good service online but I am very pleased with their service. I've never dealt with a more helpful, honest group of sales persons as I have with e juice steals. I read the negative reviews and wondered if we were dealing with the same company. The prices are good and low, and they have a great variety of good juices. Angela is the best!! If you have a problem with an order just call or email them and it will either be explained or corrected. They didn't have what I had ordered and they called me and offered me other options. I love this shop and will continue to order from them.

This is my first review. I felt compelled to write it, after seeing this company only had 3 stars. I think they deserve better than that. I ordered two bottles of juice on May 13 & they were delivered May 19 (Granted, I live in the same state). That's pretty fast during this whole Covid-19 situation. Other companies are taking 15+ days. I highly recommend them, no problems at all. Oh also they had the cheapest prices for the juice I wanted. Will definitely use again.

I ordered the 1500 ml mystery Box. I Received the label in the mail the package was lost somehow l it took a month for them To send me a new package after I Contacted Them 20 times. It's supposed to contain various milligrams of nicotine and flavors I got 23 bottles 17 were 0 mg 4 where 3mg 2 where 6mg. I paid a $100 says it can contain various milligrams flavors Etc. It contains all they're super cheap stuff that they can't sell. I paid them more than what the stuff was worth and got Barely anything I can use. This is my 2nd Box the 1st one wasn't so bad this 1 was Absolute garbage.

I was really surprised of some of the bad reviews. Shipping is not fast that’s for sure , but I thought that was due to the Corona virus. My order came in about a week and everything was perfect. I even had one item that was out of stuck they emailed me right away. Their prices are the lowest I’ve seen online ever. They might not ship out as fast as others but you if you’re not in a rush to receive your items I would recommend using This company. I got double the things I usually get from other places for the same amount . Try them when you’re not in a rush and you’ll see the price difference.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered several items almost 3 weeks ago and they FINALLY responded to my emails. The guy that was sending out emails and all didn’t read anything fully and just went with it. I asked for a number (one that works) and it was the same number that was listed on their site. Okay, so I called and I stated out what he did wrong and joe himself and the company itself could’ve done better. Instead of professional responses, the guy went off on me stating “do you even understand what’s going on?!” (he was talking about the virus). but here’s my thing: I know, everyone knows about the virus. but they should’ve posted on their website that there will be a long delay on all orders due to the coronavirus. I wasn’t even trying to be rude, I was just wanting my order. he was talking about sending out freebies and already sent out emails to most customers (I wasn’t one of them). apparently, this is one of the managers that works for ejuice steals. do you really want to order from a company in which the manager goes off on their customers and treat them with disrespect only? Keep that in mind. I encourage anyone and everyone not to order from this site, EVER.

I placed an order with ejuicesteals and received an email stating they had received my order/payment and I would receive a follow up email with shipping information. After 4 days I contacted them by email to find the status of my order. 24 hours no response. Contacted them again by email, no response. Attempted to call the customer service number and after ringing about 10 times I was asked to provide an authorization code. Of course I didn't have one. I've contacted my CC company to contest the charge. Hopefully they will inform all other CC companies not to do any future business with these scam artist.

I have ordered for here 4 times now and have always had a great experience. The prices on some of the EJUICE and some hardware are insanely low for authentic products. I will continue to order EJUICE from here and specifically some of the clearance ones as I can try new flavors and won't be out 10-30 bucks for something I don't like which is awesome. Thanks for not marking the prices way up like many others and keeping them affordable for people like me.
