As always Matt Murphy has responded immediately to my request - and sorted our problem seamlessly.
As a background to this immediate issue, we lost a significant chunk of our direct sales due to the lockdown, but Matt with EKM Response has been instrumental in steering us to becoming a profitable online business, with our EKM emailings as the main thrust of our ongoing sales and our EKM website as the main vehicle for fulfilling sales. Viva EKM !

Great help and assistance as usual, well done

Great service, highly recommended!

The support that Matt provided has been invaluable in getting our email marketing underway and achieving the result we always wanted.

Being very honest, working with Matt has really made us realise that although we thought we were on top of everything, we need to take a much more proactive / planned approach to our email marketing to achieve the best result.

Highly recommended!

After a rocky start Matt Murphy has been very helpful indeed.

Matt was fantastic talked me through the small issue with my email campaign and he fixed it within 2 minutes.
Extremely happy with the excellent service provided by him.
Give that man a doughnut 🍩

Great service and well thought out campaigns and listens to what I wanted to achieve.

Matthew Murphy very helpful and great at setting up our email marketing campaigns, highly recommend.

I have just started a marketing campaign and have found Matthew Preston to be very very helpful. Matt takes only seconds to complete work and make changes that would take me hours. During this time I have also had some support from Elliot Preston, both have been very helpful and I'm looking forward to seeing my website going to the next level.
Many thanks for your help and support.

We are currently working on developing a marketing plan and Matthew and Elliott at EKM have been so helpful in getting things moving for us. They are very proactive and very knowledgeable about marketing strategies. We're looking forward to working with them in more depth to make our shop really fly. Thanks guys!

Matthew, Beth and James have all been incredibly helpful in assisting us with creating a more up to date website and we look forward to continuing working with them as we expand.

I’ve only recently came into contact with EKM to build an online store for our Hair & Beauty wholesale suppliers, I had great confidence from day one with a great deal of help from Matthew and Bethany, everything that I have asked them to help me with has been dealt with as soon as possible and if I had any further problems it was easy to get in contact with them to sort it out.

I've been with EKM for over 10 years and Matthew is one of the best reps of them all. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Deal with absolute confidence. A++++++++++++

Matthew at EKM has been more than helpful with his assistance on setting up email marketing including the design, how to run campaigns as well as courtesy calls to help with any updates and improvements.

It took time to get involved with Newsletters for customers and with all the help Matthew provided, it was up and running in no time.

Many thanks Matthew for all your help and advice.

Matt has been working on my EKM marketing campaigns and his customer service has been second to none. All the campaigns have been put well put together & sent out in a timely manner.

Always a pleasure working with Matthew on our Marketing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Creates great content, from a simple brief. Would highly recommend.

Matthew Murphy helped me get more sales by creating me an email campaign that always makes more money than it costs to send out

Feeling in good hands with the EKM email marketing team, early stages yet but have achieved open rates of 47% & 89% & have been given good advice from Mathew for upcoming campaigns.

Matthew from EKM, handles my email campaigns for Vreeto.com. He fixed all the issues I was having with template setup and collating email data from different lists. So much easier when you have someone there when you get stuck.

It’s called the Pro Plan for a reason - everyone there is a Pro! especially Matthew Murphy who worked with me all the way and helped carry out some significant customisation all very painlessly.
Our business is slightly different to most online fashion outlets in that we are an online “chainstore” with dozens of online web shops and each shop has it’s own unique URL and customer list. We needed to find a way to create a generic email to all customers but customise the link to each shop. Given we currently have 34 online stores it meant in the past we had to send 34 different emails! - but with Matt’s help and his exceptional knowledge of the EKM system we managed to adapt one of the default custom fields allowing us to email all customers with the same content but with a custom link to their own store…saving us hours of work a week!!!.
Matt also built us a custom template in just a few days which is really easy to adapt each time we send out a new campaign, all we have to do is drag and drop the new content each time. Customer response to our new email campaigns has been superb and Matts help and support throughout the whole process is second to none - Great job Matt, thanks! I have been with EKM for nearly two years on Pro plan which includes campaign design/support.
All of the EKM team are brilliant, but in terms of Email Marketing the support I receive from Matthew Murphy is exceptional.
Matthew has helped me design my Spring and Autumn campaigns, his knowledge and insite in this area helps me stay up to date with the latest campaign techniques.
